Not much to improve. Its what you expect.. The pool is relative small. But you're mostly in the sea.

Beautifull beach houses.They are very clean, perfect view on the beach. You have your own stairs down to the beach from the balcony. Really nice atmosphere. Local fisher village next door where you can eat on the beach.

A very large room with a good sized balcony with a sea view. Sunbeds on the beach and bigger double beds by the pool. Very nice gardens and the staff were considerate and helpful. We had no issues with the pool which provides a reasonable swimming experience. The WiFi in the room was fine

My only suggestion is about the pool. It is odd. It is an oval concrete pool, with strange access and people just stand in the bottom of the bowl. They should make the investment and replace it with a standard rectangular pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location on a fantastic beach. Easy access to Quy Nhon. Comfortable beds. Airport pickup was smooth. Beautiful garden setting. Excellent security.

First things first THE POOL IS REPAIRED. This resort is an absolute bargain, fantastic rooms, pool area is tranquil and has pleasant landscaping with direct access to an amazing beach. The restaurant is good and there are also some nearby places to eat by the beach. If you fancy a trip to town, there are several courtesy buses. If you want to relax for a while, I think here is pretty good.

The pool has quite a bit of damage on the floor which could be classed as dangerous by some. And like most hotels in Vietnam the pool area needs music and would be nice to have staff at the pool bar.

Some of the facilities were not really well maintained e.g the pool was very tired and had numerous defects although still usable just didn’t look great.

Great location and views. Beach is ok although sand is very soft and at this time of year gets very hot to walk on from mid morning. Water was reasonably clean and staff take time to clean the rubbish from the beach each morning. There is a great open seafood restaurant on the beach each evening, very popular with locals.

The gym is dated and tired and perhaps not worthy of the title ‘gym’. However, was not a priority for our trip.

Great location. We had a bungalow on the sea front, quite literally, on the beach. Beautiful outlook, spacious and excellent air conditioning. Staff were so helpful throughout our trip and met every request with a smile. Good breakfast, and dinner in restaurant was tasty. The location, on the beach, is the key selling point. It does appear that during the next few years, there will be major development in the area so we would suggest visiting now whilst Bai Xep still has its rustic, sleepy charm.

The pool was the main disappointment. It did not appear to be very well maintained in terms of water quality. Also, it was quite shallow with no real area where one could actually swim. Entering and exiting the pool (for someone with balance issues) was quite a challenge. The beach area was quite rocky. The pool/beach/security staff were friendly and helpful, but often smoked cigarettes which made the time there less enjoyable.

Staff at the beach bar did not speak English, or even understand the menu. The beach has a lot of rubbish on it and in the water.

I am assuming, like most of the touristic world, that the Hotel was hit hard by the pandemic and it it feels like it reopened without being fully prepared. Most obvious was the swimming pool which was a lagoon-like shape but very rough cement rather than tiles. There were chunks broken off and it wasn't really safe for adults or children in that you had to be extra careful whether swimming or moving around the pool. A real shame as it was a great spot. It sounds petty but the coconuts hadn't been pruned from the trees. Whilst they look beautiful they are a real hazard and two fell from a great height near us during our stay. The neighbouring hotels had bars and one had a great restaurant as well as a scheme whereby if you filled a bag with rubbish then you got a free beer. Unfortunately a lot of pollution got washed up onto the beach as well as pumped directly in from two sets of pipe that went out about 3 or 4 metres into the sea - clearly untreated sewage.

We had a lovely bungalow room right on the beach. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves and picking shells in the morning was a delight. It was a very relaxing few days and nights in the room and the beach it led directly on to. The grounds were quite beautiful with the Koi carp pond, flowering bushes and palm trees.

Beautiful resort with large clean rooms. We had a spectacular view of the beach and sunrise. Very nice pool and pool bar. Breakfast was only fair but not bad. Staff was exceptionally helpful. We would highly recommend this resort.
