Very lovely and brand new hotel in Hanoi! If you want to stay in a new and beautiful structure in Hanoi center you have to choose Casa Valentina. The location is perfect, near train street, near Ho Chi Min Mausoleum and all the major attractions and there a lot of good restaurants close by too. The room was brand new, perfectly clean, very big with a nice big window, and with big I mean 3 meters long, super comfy and big bed and modern clean and big bathroom. Let me say it it has nothing to do with other rooms in Hanoi, which are hold smelly and with no window at the very same price. The staff was Super nice! They helped us with everything and also prepared for us two take away breakfast in a doggy bag since we had to leave early for Sapa. Wonderful! I can’t help but recommend it to everyone who wants a comfy and wonderful stay in Hanoi also at a very good price!

Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is very very spacious, clean and comfortable. Price of room comes with good breakfast spread. Bed was very wide, huge and comfy. Location of hotel is within walking distance to the night market, train street cafe. But its about 1. 5 km to the public bus station to airport. At night the surrounding is still safe for us to walk despite midnight, n the surrounding isnt too busy or noisy at night. Overall very satisfied with our stay there n it was comfortable.

The place is worth the money. Room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is awesome. I enjoyed my stay here a lot.

I absolutely recommend this hotel for a home visiting Hanoi. The staff is soooo accommodating and thoughtful. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere else in the world. Annie and Liam are such gems!! I’ll miss them dearly!! Blown away by their kindness and helpfulness!

There’s only one tiny window in the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

It’s the nicest hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. They tend to be old and poorly maintained. This hotel however is nice and new, everything is clean. Location is great, close to everything. Very attentive and nice guys working there. Everything was perfect for us.

This was a last minute booking and I managed to get a lovely room with huge bed, the room was new and very nice, bathroom great with a fabulous shower. My stay also included breakfast which was plentiful and nicely displayed would definitely stay again and recommend!

Extremely neat and fresh. Amazing large room and bathroom... we had a deluxe suite with a balcony. Super sized bed! This is a very new hotel and is modern and refreshingly roomy. Staff.. Mr John and Mr William and Ms Annie were most helpful. Breakfast plentiful with a good variety. Location in Old quarter.. usual street noise but bearable. Stay here... amazing value for money.. perfect location.. you will not be disappointed

The hotel is brand new, our room was very spacious with a good strong shower (plenty of hot water), the bed was big & comfortable and also a great breakfast. We got everything we needed in our room. A big thank you to John and William, we have been looked after so well by these two polite, kind, and very helpful amazing young men. 😀

Rooms were bright and clean. Rooms were serviced each day. Towels were good quality. All bed linen was crisp and white with no holes or stains. Nicely furnished. Fridge was clean. Minibar selection was very well priced. I found the location very convenient.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed super comfortable! Breakfast was delicious, with many buffet choices and also hot food items you can choose from a menu (we liked the beef pho). Location is excellent, walking distance to all the places to explore in the old city centre. But the main asset of this new hotel is its very kind and hospitable staff! Special thanks to Annie and Liam for their help - answering all our questions, recommending places to eat, booking train tickets and a Halong Bay cruise for us. Definitely recommended place to stay for your Hanoi trip!
