New hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and assist me with my trip to Halong Bay. They also booked me a limousine bus ticket to Ninhbinh. Impressive!

Nothing. Everything was great

Very large family room, with wardrobe and modern washroom. All new, bright, very clean and large comfortable beds. TV with Netflix. Multiple Power points everywhere. Safe provided. Elevator for all floors. Breakfast had good variety, even though in small space. Fresh pho, eggs to order and passion fruit juice were fantastic. Staff - very polite, very courteous and helpful. Always available. Offered good exchange rate also. Excellent English, professional and polished. Big Thanks for Mr John (Phone Le) - Best Customer relationship manager. Friendly support over WhatsApp and in-person.....from the time of booking confirmation, to check out. Went out of the way at late night to resolve a minor issue with air conditioning. We are so Thankful to him for arranging the Airport drop and for late check out after considering the long duration of our stay and the trip booked through hotel itself. Wish him all the best. We booked a trip to Halong bay through the hotel at competitive pricing. Good location. The owner of hotel seemed to be concerned about well being of guests and takes care of any issues faced. This is also well appreciated.

It was all over an exceptional beautiful room, great view and a perfect location to explore Hanoi. The staff was the best, thank you John! Very helpful in planing our pickup to the airport and even deciding where to get the best food around the hotel. Can recommend this place a lot!

Only thing I can think of is the 'ding' of the lift! Would be nice if there was a way to silence that.

Great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see e.g train street, night markets, plenty of restaurants and massage parlours. ATM with free withdrawals round the corner. 24hr/ quick return laundry round the corner (although I believe the hotel does their own too). Good breakfast. My partner and I stayed twice together and I returned once solo because we enjoyed it so much! Very very friendly and welcoming staff. Helped us with everything. We booked a day trip to Ninh Binh and an overnight in Ha Long Bay through them and both trips were amazing and very well organized, highly recommend!!!

Great brand new hotel run by invested young locals who would do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. John and Annie (and the overnight man, who's name escapes me) are the best and judging by our stay they will be very successful. Breakfast is just enormous and would put a lunch buffet to shame. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and offer great value for money. Location is good with easy walk to lake etc. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they can organise day tours and airport transfer if needed . We had a great stay and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Very lovely and brand new hotel in Hanoi! If you want to stay in a new and beautiful structure in Hanoi center you have to choose Casa Valentina. The location is perfect, near train street, near Ho Chi Min Mausoleum and all the major attractions and there a lot of good restaurants close by too. The room was brand new, perfectly clean, very big with a nice big window, and with big I mean 3 meters long, super comfy and big bed and modern clean and big bathroom. Let me say it it has nothing to do with other rooms in Hanoi, which are hold smelly and with no window at the very same price. The staff was Super nice! They helped us with everything and also prepared for us two take away breakfast in a doggy bag since we had to leave early for Sapa. Wonderful! I can’t help but recommend it to everyone who wants a comfy and wonderful stay in Hanoi also at a very good price!

Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is very very spacious, clean and comfortable. Price of room comes with good breakfast spread. Bed was very wide, huge and comfy. Location of hotel is within walking distance to the night market, train street cafe. But its about 1. 5 km to the public bus station to airport. At night the surrounding is still safe for us to walk despite midnight, n the surrounding isnt too busy or noisy at night. Overall very satisfied with our stay there n it was comfortable.

I absolutely recommend this hotel for a home visiting Hanoi. The staff is soooo accommodating and thoughtful. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere else in the world. Annie and Liam are such gems!! I’ll miss them dearly!! Blown away by their kindness and helpfulness!

There’s only one tiny window in the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

It’s the nicest hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. They tend to be old and poorly maintained. This hotel however is nice and new, everything is clean. Location is great, close to everything. Very attentive and nice guys working there. Everything was perfect for us.

This was a last minute booking and I managed to get a lovely room with huge bed, the room was new and very nice, bathroom great with a fabulous shower. My stay also included breakfast which was plentiful and nicely displayed would definitely stay again and recommend!
