The views are excellent. The rooms are very comfortable with amazing beds and pillows. The place is kept immaculate. Very welcoming and warm place to stay. The bonus cable car ticket is amazing!!

The design, the people. The hotel is quite new and they offered free cable cars, that’s why I canceled other hotel and booked this one. The host was super nice, he even suggested few places in sunset town area. You can also see fireworks every night from your own balcony. Definitely will be back!

Very clean, modern hotel with comfortable beds. If you get a room at the front of the property you can watch the fireworks every night at 9.30pm from your window. Friendly staff, several of them speak very good English.

I’m not a fan of frosted glass bathroom doors, but everything else was so good that I almost didn’t pay any attention to that.

Everything is new, clean and comfortable. Hotel is providing cable car and kiss bridge tickets. Upon arrival we were given all the information about activities, which was great, thanks for that! Smart TV in the room is also something I really liked. Owners are super nice. What I liked the most - stunning views out of the windows!

The shower area is not fully enclosed and water easily wet the floor in front of the toilet area and make the entire area slippery. TV remote/screen interface is Vietnamese and inconvenience to manipulate the TV.

Although choice is limited but it quantity if just good for a fair person but limited to one cup of drink seems too mean. Location good and opposite to the pier for embarkment to island tour. Great view to the laser show and fire work at night. Fair walk to night market and lots of dinner choices. Night show, laser, firework and water jet are marvelous. Front desk is helpful and friendly.

Having to leave 😢

The island of Phu Quoc is incredible, especially the whole of Sunset town. Picture everything Italy has to offer and more. The town is a replica of the Amalfi coast, Venice, Milan and Rome. Amazing sights to see with daily activities. The kissing bridge is post card worthy for photos, with daily water skiing shows, puppet shows and a spectacular 3d water light show with the most amazing firworks display you will ever see. Nightly street food markets and a serenity that makes you feel your miles away from the hustle and bustle of Viatnam. The hotel Casepia is located at the prime end of sunset town and value for money is incredible. Highly recomend the ocean front suits with balcony. Cant speak highly enough of the staff and owners, a family owned and run business with a real.sense of pride for attention to detail. Accommodation included complimentary tickets for the cable cart, which holds the world record for longest cable cart, which takes you to an ajoining island and includes complimentary entry to the water them park attractions while there. Also included was complimentary access to the kissing bridge. On site restuarant was the right balance of western and oriental cuisine and breakfast included. Staff were thoughtful, kind and attentive to make sure our stay was as perfcet as could be. Scooter hire was arranged direcrly through the hotel and there is also a complimentary mini shuttle available. Cannot speak highly enough about the overall experience and service provided. A must do for anyones bucket list and we will DEFINITELY be returning in the future. Our sincere compliments to the owners for making our stay memorable. 10/10. Francesca and Elisseos

We got an upgrade to a seaview room and would highly recommend getting a room with seaview. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and see the daily Kiss of the Ocean show and the fireworks! The hotel and the rooms are brand new and everything is really clean and modern. The food is also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. And we even got a free ticket for the cable car and aqua park. For us it was the perfect stay and we can highly recommend Casepia

Everything is perfect there, the room is so clean, the service is so good and the location is so convenient. We enjoyed the seaview and the firework in the room! My wife twisted her ankle by accident, the hotel staff kindly gave us ice to help. We really enjoyed the time in Casepia.

Very thank to staff and manager who helps us and manage to deal all our requests, really very appreciate it. Very tasty breakfast, great coffee,we changed 3 hotels in Phu Quoc and here you could find best service and best meals.Room is very comfortable, you could find all you need. Very friendly and nice staff! Location is very nice.we received free tickets to cable car and aquatopia. Very thank you for it. For sure we would like to come here again.

The food option for dinner was diversed however it wasn't the best. Our order was bland, needed more salt. The price was another so so.

Waterfront location! Next to the dock, cable car station, the Kissing bridge. Plenty of food choices close by. Superb room with sea view! Clean and well equipped. Reasonable complementary wifi access. Friendly staffs! Able to carter foreign tourists in English. They can assist with booking taxies, tours, and cable car tickets to Hon Thom Island with great price. Greetings with fresh orange juice was another plus.

Excellent location ( unobstructive sea view from the room), very helpful and friendly staffs. Free Ticket to Hon Thom cable car and Aquatopia Park which is must to see point when visit Phu quoc is valuable added to the stay. . Nice view on Kiss Bridge and Light Show and fire works at night.

Stayed at the Casepia hotel recently and was thoroughly impressed. The location is exceptional, offering stunning sea views which are a real highlight. Proximity to the cable car adds a unique charm and convenience for exploring the area. The food at the hotel was delicious. All facilities in the hotel felt brand new and well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience. A special thanks to the manager, David, for his outstanding service and attention to detail, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
