We stopped here for a few nights luxury after back packing around Vietnam for 3 weeks. It was just what we wanted; superb location, not too busy, not a monolithic hotel, but bungalows spread round extensive gardens. It is right on the beach and there are lots of options for sitting in the sun (or getting sunburned in my case) - loungers by the 3 pools;, outside your bungalow, in the yoga/relaxation hut, on the hammocks, on the beach. They have a nice bar where they serve a free cocktail between 5.30 and 6.30. Food very good although pricey after the street food we'd been used to eating! My wife and I had a very nice massage

Clean! Friendly, very welcoming and accomodating staff. Great location on the beach. Little bit of a walk to the ‘city centre’ but manageable, and not a concern if you’re happy to relax at the resort. If not, so many close shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Great value for money. I would definitely come back!

That is a very calm and wonderful place, which has own beach. Not only the beach, but also the pools area is very nice and peaceful. When you are walking on the park of the Cottage, you feels like in a small jungle. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We are sure that our room was larger than it was advertised (more than 23 m2). The breakfast was also very good (Vietnamise, Continental and English breakfast, as well). Just about 200 meters there is a main street with lots of restaurants. On the way to the main street there was a very good Restaurant (Sunlight) where fresh grilled seafood was always available. Although we booked this accomodation for 3 nights, we extended our stay there for 2 more nights.

Perfect location, amazing sunsets, choose from 3 gorgeous pools or a swim in the calm waters on the beach. Quiet, intimate dining conditions in the spice house. Friendly staff. Invigorating yoga classes. The best thing is to go to the 4pm yoga class then run down to the beach for a sunset dip! I had the best time. I will be back.

This hotel was my and my friends dream come true place to stay. Beautiful garden, great food and super nice Staff. The beach was clean and we couldn't be more happy to finish our Vietnam trip there ❤️ Would recommend it to everybody.

Not the fault f the hotel but the beaches on Pho Quoc are filthy as is the ocean. I get it that we visited during rainy season but I'm not sure how one could keep their private beach clean in high season. Activities were limited dure to the stormy weather so it would have been good to have a television in our room though thats not a major issue.

A great little hotel with a number of swimming pools. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is of good quality and the breakfasts were well presented and filling with enough choices to suit all tastes. The staff are super attentive and will always check that everything is good...also giving timely advice on places to visit or wether certain tours etc are actually running during the rainy season. I can recommend this hotel.

Cassia Cottage was an absolute dream hotel. The staff were lovely. Chris in the restaurant, Ali and Cindy at yoga, and all the wonderful service staff we encountered during our stay were so responsive and made our stay really pleasant. The facilities are nice, the room was excellent, the food was delicious. Strongly recommend the half-board option; everything on the menu was good!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant staff was run by an English and Belgium couple. The reception was run by Vietnamese staff but one of the staff had been raised in Germany, and her English was excellent. The rooms were large and modern. The hotel is owned by a Canadian and every thing works well. Still not a lot of people staying in any of the resorts in Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage is a 20minute drive to the airport. There are 3 pools here and one designed for kids.

Cassia cottage is an amazing place for everyone who is looking for relaxing time, peace place. Everything is excellent, staffs take care every detail of resort with their love. Breakfasts are all good, fresh fruit, diverse menu, well serving. I truly love homemade bread. I will miss the beautiful Polish lady - who shared with me the story of Cassia Cottage. They have free cocktail in the afternoon, it's perfect for relaxing time in the infinity pool, beautiful pool. Thank you for everything, I will come back.

We had a wonderful stay here! The whole area is nicely maintained and the restaurant has very good kitchen and breakfast. We've been here during rain season beginning of June. Although it has been raining a few hours each day, the gentlemen at the pool always provided us sun beds and towels and moved them back and forth when rain was coming 2-3 times a day for us. Yet he always had a smile on his face and we had the feeling that everyone from the staff was happy when we had a good time! Thank you so much for everything, the stay was wonderful!!!

One of the most beautiful property that I have ever been to. The management has left no stone unturned for their guests. World class staff and even the owner personally interacts with the guests to ensure if everything s okay. They treat you like their family member. One would totally love staying at this property as this property in itself is a tourist attraction.

Where do I start, we loved every minute of our stay at Cassia Cottage. The staff were so friendly & welcoming, I can't remember all their names but they made us feel so special & went above & beyond. I remember Thi who was so attentive at breakfast & helped with my gluten free requirements, she was so professional. The owner & his son welcomed us when we arrived & were on site every day, they too were so accommodating & friendly. Our accommodation was beautiful, overlooking the pool with a sea view, I would sit on the patio with a coffee in the morning watching the fishing boats & listening to the waves whilst soaking up the beautiful surroundings, pure bliss. Watching the sunset from the beach bar was breath taking, most evenings a singer performed on the lawn by the beach bar, which made it even more special. The breakfast was extensive with so much choice of fresh produce on offer. We ate at the restaurant a few evenings, each time the food was to an exceptional standard & so much variety to choose from. The location was perfect, straight onto the beach & only a short amble up to the restaurants & shops on the island. We had the most perfect stay, thank you to everyone at Cassia Cottage for making our holiday so special.
