Everything was perfect. The cruise ship is beautiful and luxurious! The food is tasty and with very good quality. Our battler was Daniel who did everything in his power to have a relaxing and unforgettable experience. Daniel was really friendly and always willing to help us.

Feedback is to serve some juice drinks during Brunch and perhaps to start slightly earlier!

The cruise is so modern, ellegant,exetremely clean, worth every penny. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and nice.. Tien was so nice when upgraded my room with amazing view. Lee the butler she is sooo amazing and always nice.. she tried her best to accomodate everything i wanted..

Unfortunately we had to wait for our booked transport back to Hanoi for 2.5 hours.

Luxury rooms. Amazing food. Plenty of activities. The pool. The staff (special mention for Marcus and Anna) was super accommodating and friendly. The flute player at dinner time.

No water was provided on tours, which in our experience is always done on organised group tours in hot countries which take more than an hour. The area around Halong Bay both on the sea and around the tours is very crowded with tourists. The sea, unfortunately, has become unclean, debris floating on the surface visible at night when the ship is anchored.

The room we had was phenomenal, with 180 degree views and amazing huge personal terrace, it was very clean, comfortable beds. The food was lovely, breakfast with many different options, dinner too big). Amazing waiters and butlers - very friendly and helpful. Lovely big deck on the 5th floor. Also great entertainment for our son to play mini-golf. As well as squid fishing.

Very expensive for overall service - our waiter wasn’t very attentive and when paying that much you’d think it would be better. Had to phone reception at 11pm to get them to switch off the incredibly loud dance music that was playing on the top floor and keeping us awake 2 floors down. It could only have been for the staff’s benefit as at 9:30pm we stopped watching the fire show (this was average as the guy burnt himself!) as everyone else had gone to bed.

Never been on a cruise before as have suffered from sea sickness, so was apprehensive but it was stable in the calm waters and clean and reasonable food.

Food. They never had enough food for everyone. We were a group of 11. How can they run out of food. Change the head chef or Chef needs to know how much he is preparing. We were not paying pennies. For the money we pay we deserved better.

I was expecting that the ship would cruise More in and along Ha Long Bay.

Very nice, friendly and caring staff. Our butler Eddie was exceptional! He took care of everything from breakfast, lunch to dinner. In a very elegant and sensitive manner. Well done! Also food was very good. Cabins are elegant and we enjoyed an upgrade to Royal Suite. Thanks.

The crew was super nice and made our trip memorable. We enjoyed every activity, from doing Tai chi in the morning to riding bikes in an island. Our favorite activities were paddling & kayaking around the cruise. The food was delicious and the views unforgettable. At night they also have beautiful live music during dinner. We definitely recommend to discover Halong Bay with Catherine cruise

The boat was everything we could ask for and more. The staff were incredibly attentive and couldn’t do enough to help you. We encouraged us to try different foods (food was outstanding) and recommended us placing to visit on our next destinations.

We paid $30 p.p. for the transport from Hanoi to Ha Long and back. However, the next day when we were supposed to get back to Hanoi we needed to change the car mid way. The experience wasn't great and my luggage was fallen down from the trunk and broke the wheels. Overall the experience was great, but the transport back to Hanoi was horrible. The driver was prioritizing locals to drop them off first, even tho our target location was nearby. We were already in Hanoi, but he drove around for another hour.

There was little to nothing to do on the cruise itself apart from jacuzzi or mini golf. We were bored at night. I would’ve appreciated if they included something like an “ice breaker” to meet other passengers.
