Warm greeting, staff all very attentive to our needs and extremely polite and courteous at all times. Hotel is presented beautifully.Views are fantastic, bathroom is divine, beds are comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Lheritage hotel and highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay! Impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and will definitely return. Great location - near touristy areas with a short walk so not as noisy for sleep at night. Jame and My were extremely helpful too - they helped to contact our transport operators when we had difficulty communicating and contacting them on WhatsApp.

Very polite and helpful staff who was very welcoming the moment we entered the hotel. My and Huong were especially kind and helped us contact the local driver due to language barrier. Hotel rooms are clean with good heater, good water pressure and clean sheets. Very convenient location as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The Lheritage Hotel was a great base as I explored Hanoi and the north of Vietnam. Conveniently located at the edge of the Old Quarter, I never had a problem being picked up by your buses or taxis. Molly at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always took good care of me. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

It would have been nice to have a room with a window to see out onto the street below.

Staff were lovely and very helpful where asking for local places to eat and Vietnamese food to take back to the office. It was a very lively location which was exciting.

Central location, near the crowded but very fun Old Town. I really like the pace of life here. Everything is wonderful. The deluxe double room is a bit small but very quiet and you sleep very well. I needed to print documents and Hanh enthusiastically helped me without charging anything.

New, cozy hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. I was on the 7th floor with a very nice view, and seeing everything up high was easy. Breakfast on the 9th floor has a very chill outside . The sunlight is so beautiful. Yogurt is the dish that impressed me the most. Staff are very kind. Ms My does the best of all.

Great location, warmly and pleasant atmosphere. Location near entertainment and Night market. My and James who makes me miss Hanoi more than ever. He always asked us to make sure everything is ok. And carry bags for me. I will come back in the next time and make sure come back.

A really nice hotel with a great breakfast. The view on the top floor was great. Room was quiet and nice. Over all atmosphere was peaceful and we had a very good stay. The staff in the reception were nice and Huong was really helpful. Would recommend to stay here.

I have been traveling Vietnam for the past 3 weeks and this is my best hotel by far! There must be over 1,000 hotels in Hanoi but I would strongly recommend this hotel ! All of the staff have been five star but Jame on reception has been outstanding and he is an example of what amazing customer service should be!

I came back here with my friends because they had never been to Hanoi before, and the reaction was very positive, from the breakfast at the hotel was all very delicious, the rooms were all good for the money that we spent. They're all great, I think with that price range there's nothing to criticize.Especially at this time, the hotels on the old quarters are full, we feel lucky to have booked a room here. However, because this hotel is not a high-end hotel, but with enthusiasm of the staff. I think this will be the place I trust when I want to stay in Hanoi for a few days.
