I stayed here for two nights and was impressed with pretty much all aspects of the hotel. The location is good, the room well proportioned and the breakfast plentiful. If I had to pick one area where this hotel really stands out though it'd be the staff. In particular. If/when I come back to Hanoi I will certainly stay here again

We were lucky to use both the Deluxe and the Junior room. The Junior is large with its own terrace. You can smoke on the terrace. Room and bathroom were clean. The deluxe room was smaller and only had a small window. Location is at the heart of Ha Noi with most tourist attractions within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our needs. The hotel can arrange day trips. The breakfast buffet is great.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel, surrounded by numerous attractions and dining options in the old quarter. The staff, including Ms My, Jame, Hanh.., were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They provided assistance with directions and excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Our room was clean, and the comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. They were also kind enough to keep our luggage for a night when we went to Lan Ha Bay. We also learned a bit about local life when we had a chat with Ms My, overall a great stay!

The service was excellent. Very clean, and exceptional customer service. The staff was very happy to help and arranged activities for us. The breakfast buffet was awesome, it had plenty of options to choose from. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend this hotel.

The Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel was a great stay. The customer service was top notch. Good welcome drinks everytime you came back which was very appreciated coming from the hot humid weather. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had plenty to choose from. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was exceptional!! We received the warmest welcome and our room was perfect. The amenities are excellent, and The best thing though was the staff! They were so lovely and attentive and gave an outstanding service, whether that was at reception, in and around the hotel or in the restaurant and bar. We cannot recommend this hotel enough! The value for money is exceptional. Thank you so much for having us to stay - we would love to visit again and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Clean and beautiful boutique hotel. The room and washroom are spacious too. Hotel staff are all very smiley and friendly. Upon check-in, the staff gave us a good introduction of the hotel surrounding such as where to go for meal, how to start shopping around the old quarter. The bed is comfortable and there are 2 pillow textures, one hard and the other fluffy. Both are nice pillows and it depends on your preference. I love the fluffy one while hubby likes the other. Lots of food nearby and is a very convenient place to stay. This is a highly recommended hotel to anyone who wants to stay within the Old Quarter.

The hotel stay was amazing! The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods from western to even traditional Vietnamese . The staff was so helpful and attentive and catered to all our needs! We highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Hanoi!

I arrived at dawn, but I was able to start my trip comfortably because I was able to use the shower room. All the staff were friendly and the room was in good condition. There were also various spaces to use. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. If I visit Hanoi, I would like to come again.

Stayed with the family at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. We really enjoyed the facilities and location. The hotel team and staff are really helpful and caring. Also, the hotel provides a great breakfast buffet with fresh fruits. Would recommend and come back when visiting Hanoi.

Beautifully remodeled and extremely clean boutique hotel with wonderful service. Our family of 4 with adults kids loved our stay and wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help with any requests including airport transfers and travel bookings. We truly enjoyed the breakfast each morning (loved noodle dishes),The spa is very modern, clean and exceptional service. We all enjoyed our massages and wished we had another day to book another session with the spa. Loved it.

The information staff who helped me check in and out (woman with glasses, I don't remember her name!) was very kind and I think my trip to Hanoi will be a pleasant and warm memory thanks to her kindness. Thank you very much. The meal was also the most delicious food I had in Vietnam.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff. The room was modern and clean with a nice view. The staff went above and beyond. When they saw I had the do not disturb sign on, they called me to ask if anything needed replenishing and brought up additional waters. I also got fantastic recommendations from them which was super helpful.

Excellent Hotel, excellent service and location. The room was really comfortable with everything we needed. Buffet style breakfast was included. Would especially like to mention Jame who works there who was unbelievably helpful and made various bookings on our behalf for our trips going forward from Hanoi. Can not recommend enough!

What a nice place to stay in Hanoi. Great location near to every place, lake, night market and shopping streets. Every thing was clean and up to high standard. Breakfast had a variety of options. Service was super great and front desk, especially Ms My spoke excellent English. We felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay!

Perfect stay. Nice hotel in the centre of Hanoi . Receptionist was great. When you arrived from a trip Manager asks every time if we enjoyed it. We really loved this hotel. The stay was just great. Perfect place for night walking.
