We can not express how much we enjoyed our holiday at Hanoi Lheritage hotel. From the moment we arrived from the airport the staff greeted us so warmly and so professional it took no time at all for our bags to be put in our beautiful room . The room was large and spotless . The staff were friendly, helpful and caring they would do anything for you when needed . The breakfast every morning was delicious, fresh and so much to choose from. Again the staff were great and took time to talk to us every morning. We were definitely stay again great position to all we want to do . The staff were the best and made our holiday very special.

I feel very lucky to be able to find this hotel because the location is very strategic, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, Night Market, and Beer Street. There are a lot of food and bars around as well. The room was clean and comfortable, the staffs were really nice and kind.

Clean rooms, drop-off laundry service, and free breakfast on top floor. Jame at the front desk is incredibly helpful and was always ready to accommodate me with any issues I may have had. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter, and minutes away from Beer Street!

We stayed in their family room which comes with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed with a city view , the room is big enough to accommodate a family / friends of 3 people. The bathroom is very decent and laced with all the required amenities . Since it's a boutique, don't expect too much of luxury, it's a nice decent hotel in the middle of the street with a great team of staff. Since we reached early in the morning, they were kind enough to provide the room well before check in time.The USP of this hotel is its Terrific Location in the old quarters, all the major tourist attractions nearby.

I stayed here for two nights and was impressed with pretty much all aspects of the hotel. The location is good, the room well proportioned and the breakfast plentiful. If I had to pick one area where this hotel really stands out though it'd be the staff. In particular. If/when I come back to Hanoi I will certainly stay here again

We were lucky to use both the Deluxe and the Junior room. The Junior is large with its own terrace. You can smoke on the terrace. Room and bathroom were clean. The deluxe room was smaller and only had a small window. Location is at the heart of Ha Noi with most tourist attractions within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our needs. The hotel can arrange day trips. The breakfast buffet is great.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel, surrounded by numerous attractions and dining options in the old quarter. The staff, including Ms My, Jame, Hanh.., were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They provided assistance with directions and excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Our room was clean, and the comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. They were also kind enough to keep our luggage for a night when we went to Lan Ha Bay. We also learned a bit about local life when we had a chat with Ms My, overall a great stay!

The Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel was a great stay. The customer service was top notch. Good welcome drinks everytime you came back which was very appreciated coming from the hot humid weather. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had plenty to choose from. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was exceptional!! We received the warmest welcome and our room was perfect. The amenities are excellent, and The best thing though was the staff! They were so lovely and attentive and gave an outstanding service, whether that was at reception, in and around the hotel or in the restaurant and bar. We cannot recommend this hotel enough! Clean and beautiful boutique hotel. The room and washroom are spacious too. Hotel staff are all very smiley and friendly. Upon check-in, the staff gave us a good introduction of the hotel surrounding such as where to go for meal, how to start shopping around the old quarter. The bed is comfortable and there are 2 pillow textures, one hard and the other fluffy. Both are nice pillows and it depends on your preference. I love the fluffy one while hubby likes the other. Lots of food nearby and is a very convenient place to stay. This is a highly recommended hotel to anyone who wants to stay within the Old Quarter.

The hotel stay was amazing! The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods from western to even traditional Vietnamese . The staff was so helpful and attentive and catered to all our needs! We highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Hanoi!

I arrived at dawn, but I was able to start my trip comfortably because I was able to use the shower room. All the staff were friendly and the room was in good condition. There were also various spaces to use. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. If I visit Hanoi, I would like to come again.

Beautifully remodeled and extremely clean boutique hotel with wonderful service. Our family of 4 with adults kids loved our stay and wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help with any requests including airport transfers and travel bookings. We truly enjoyed the breakfast each morning (loved noodle dishes),The spa is very modern, clean and exceptional service. We all enjoyed our massages and wished we had another day to book another session with the spa. Loved it.

The information staff who helped me check in and out (woman with glasses, I don't remember her name!) was very kind and I think my trip to Hanoi will be a pleasant and warm memory thanks to her kindness. Thank you very much. The meal was also the most delicious food I had in Vietnam.
