Great staff and great rooms. We loved staying here! The breakfast was good, the staff was very nice and everything was super convenient. Very near all of the tourist attractions in Hanoi and super good recommendations from the staff team. Will come back for sure

Hanoi Lheritage Hotel is everything that you will asked for in Hanoi. It is Close to almost everything. The food and massage service are the best! The hotel staff especially VP, was indeed a true asset. This hotel deserves more than just 4 stars. Such a gem of beautiful Old Quarter!

I arrived at dawn, but I was able to start my trip comfortably because I was able to use the shower room. All the staff were friendly and the room was in good condition. There were also various spaces to use. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. If I visit Hanoi, I would like to come again.

Stayed with the family at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. We really enjoyed the facilities and location. The hotel team and staff are really helpful and caring. Also, the hotel provides a great breakfast buffet with fresh fruits. Would recommend and come back when visiting Hanoi.

Beautifully remodeled and extremely clean boutique hotel with wonderful service. Our family of 4 with adults kids loved our stay and wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help with any requests including airport transfers and travel bookings. We truly enjoyed the breakfast each morning (loved noodle dishes),The spa is very modern, clean and exceptional service. We all enjoyed our massages and wished we had another day to book another session with the spa. Loved it.

The information staff who helped me check in and out (woman with glasses, I don't remember her name!) was very kind and I think my trip to Hanoi will be a pleasant and warm memory thanks to her kindness. Thank you very much. The meal was also the most delicious food I had in Vietnam.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff. The room was modern and clean with a nice view. The staff went above and beyond. When they saw I had the do not disturb sign on, they called me to ask if anything needed replenishing and brought up additional waters. I also got fantastic recommendations from them which was super helpful.

Excellent Hotel, excellent service and location. The room was really comfortable with everything we needed. Buffet style breakfast was included. Would especially like to mention Jame who works there who was unbelievably helpful and made various bookings on our behalf for our trips going forward from Hanoi. Can not recommend enough!

What a nice place to stay in Hanoi. Great location near to every place, lake, night market and shopping streets. Every thing was clean and up to high standard. Breakfast had a variety of options. Service was super great and front desk, especially Ms My spoke excellent English. We felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They provide us with extra towels, tea and coffee every morning and gave us a leaflet with recommended sights, restaurants and shopping locations. Hotel room is lovely and clean. Rooms cleaned every day too. Room comes with free water, coffee and toiletries. Location is close to coffee street and many food spots. Highly recommend!

The best value hotel with topnotch customer service. The room is beautiful, exactly what it looked like in the website photos. The location is awesome, we will stay here again if we return to Hanoi. The breakfast is beautiful, lots of variety. The fruits are delicious and sweet.

The location is at 5min walk of the night market It is located in the center of Hanoi old town which is quite convenient for the pickup of all the tours nearby (Ninh Binh or HalongBay) Many restaurants next to the restaurant The room was big and comfortable

Staff is incredibly nice, accommodating, and speaks English well. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Bathroom is also clean. Location is great. Lots of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. If you want the Ninh Binh Tour or Hay Long Bay Tour, they can arrange it for you at a reasonable rate.

Ms My is very good member of staff and helped a lot. She was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Good hotel to chill and get some rest whilst still being in a great area! There are some great places to get food nearby.
