5)Things that could do with some improvement: -The bar is really convenient yet the cocktails as well as the coffee aren't the best; -Wifi can be quite spotty and disconnect many times; -The shower door was hanging on to dear life. When I mentioned this to reception they immediately called a handyman to look at it. So they do take charge immediately if something is off; -No water dispenser available;

1)I stayed here for 2 nights in a female dorm and must say I enjoyed my stay. 2)The reception speaks impeccable English, they are extremely kind and funny. Check in was very efficient, fast and all information was given in seconds. This all including booking a cave tour, bus ticket and restaurants information. Their Eftpos machine accepts debit cards and you can pay all at once which is very convenient. 3)They have all cave tours and things available at the hostel and if you need more information in regards to how many days you'd like, they are very knowledgeable. 4)Some other things I found very pleasant during my stay: -They offer a buffet breakfast for their guests; -Free Sunday bbq with plenty of options; -restaurant downstairs for easy ordering; -Every room has airconditioning and multiple fans to keep the room the perfect temperature. If the room isn't what you like it to be, they will change it immediately to your liking!; -Every bed has a big locker available to put your stuff in; -Every bed also comes with a tiny wallcabinet with another locker possibility, light, electrical sockets and they have curtains; -The room had an ensuite bathroom of great size, cleanliness and toilet paper stock; -Incredible water pressure; -Shampoo & soap available in the shower as well as handsoap throughout the hostel; -Convenient location in the middle of Phong Nha; -Central bus stop right across from the hostel, not even a 30second walk; -Comfortable beds; 6)I really enjoyed my time here. The place is central and has everything you need. 7)There are plenty of homestay's in the area and they are good. Yet I do also recommend this place due to everything they have to offer. 8)They always keep the place in good condition, clean and restock tables with what is needed. 9)I wasn't sure what I was expecting, but they exceeded my expectations in regards to a hostel!

Loved this place! We had a private room which was like a small villa, so much room, great aircon and very clean. Facilities were great with a pool table, pool and plenty of loungers and places to sit. The bar has a large range of drinks and food and everything we tried was delicious. Breakfast was fab and free beer every evening was appreciated! Phong Nha is a small place but this accommodation is right in the centre.

Big place with a lot of young adults. That's not a bad thing. But you should know before booking.

Very nice bungalow, clean and quiet (far away from the dorms). Comfy bed. Excellent staff, they helped us book our bus and a tour. Good breakfast.

Great double private room with private bathroom, even the party downstairs didn’t bother us, tasty breakfast, free beer between 7-8PM everyday, nice pool and chill area, it’s great if you want to party and meet a lot of people (majority folks there) but also if you prefer to chill on your own (us). We also bought trip to Paraside and Phong Nha Cave and duck stop - all was great.

Gaps down to person below on bunk bed. Also air con wasn’t enough for the 8 bed dorm - roasting on top bunk. And they didn’t leave us the remote.

Free beer, breakfast included, elevator (not from ground floor though) locker plug and light in bed as well as a big locker.

Lack of aircon in social areas (very hot during the day and night). Cleaning happened late, usually when we’d just got back from activities during the day so didn’t happen some days. Wi-Fi not great in all areas.
