Bed was so comfy in the room, one was bigger and very soft and lush the 2nd was bit of a harder matteress but still v comfy. Staff were great, value was great, YouTube on TV, free bottle water and the view would of been amazing if no mist but still worth a mention.

The family who run the homestay are really lovely to deal with, I asked to move to a private room on my last night and wish I had done that from night 1. Really great location - handy to everything, quiet, clean. Area felt safe as a solo female traveller. Beautiful view from the top floor and nice spot to watch the sunset. Definitely worth getting a private room with a view :)

There was a gap underneath the door and in one of the windows so we did have a few critters (spiders and moths) get into the room, but other than that this room is fantastic.

the location is superb. within walking distance of everything in Sa Pa. The staff is very friendly and the room is quite clean and actually fairly large. I loved the elevation of the place and the view is of the surrounding lake and mountains. Quite nice overall.

A little bit far and difficult access for the taxis and Grab but not a probllem at all. You just have to be aware of it. For the same reason, is not in the road of the tour operators for pick up and return. But it’s not a big deal, you just call a Grab and do it by yourself. Grab is a very easy and cheap way to move tou around in the city.

At first we had a stay in the old town close to the beer street that we hated, then we went to this peaceful island. The best move to do! We stayed here for few days but we could easily stayed few weeks there! Very confortable, clean, spacious and located in an area with restaurants all around and cafes with a view on the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful.

This is a peaceful, well-equipped homestay in SaPa Vietnam and I am happy, as a frequent traveler, to recommend it highly! The "Central SaPa Serenity" Homestay has indeed everything a stay requires. The property is cleaned daily and you will find fresh linen and spotless bathrooms.The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing with everything you need. You Will feel like at home...The view from the rooftop is stunning and the location is  central and still near to the lake and parc! You are also within walking distance to a supermarket and many  restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. I truly recommend this place for your next stay in Sapa!

Greatest service!! Will do anything to make you happy. They checked me as soon as I arrived even though I came waay too early! They gave me a contact of the best local village lady who took me around the mountains and gave me the best experience. They reccomended me the best places for food, treks, coffee, helped with laundry, transport etc... Special thanks to Win who' s been extremely accommodating!

Very comfortable homestay, centrally located in Sapa Town with the most lovely and helpful staff. They allowed me to check in at 2am, and arranged my night bus to Hanoi at the best possible price including a shuttle to the bus station. The hotel itself is very new, meaning all facilities are updated and modern. Comfortable beds, complimentary toiletries and they will soon be offering breakfast. Great views from the balcony and rooftop as well!

I stayed in the dorm with big and comfortable bed, the whole place is very clean, surveillance cameras and lockers in the dorm to store your personal items, close to restaurants, shops and attractions. Great view and quiet place. The staff is very friendly and polite, they helped me find a three-day, two-night trek with accommodation in the mountains, a unique experience that I would repeat again.

Bathroom always wet because the sink pipes leak and spill water. Hot water was luke warm at most. But honestly these are minor gripes.

Great place, great location, great price! Helpful hosts, sweet people! Good curtains around beds, lockers, whatever you need! And what a penthouse view upstairs!! Quiet at night! Would come back any time! I arrived at 4am by bus and was given wifi code in advance so I could Whatsapp call to get in. Worked perfectly! Thanks!!

Staying at this Homestay was an interesting experience for me. There are so many services here. The view of the town from the rooftop was amazing. Moreover, the Homestay is close to recreational areas. I recommend choosing this Homestay when visiting Sapa.

The room is excellent, close to famous landmarks. The homestay has a balcony and from the rooftop, i can see the entire town, mountains, and forests. I am particularly impressed by the majestic clouds covering the mountains and forests. A truly wonderful experience.
