Amazing value for money. Fantastic pool that wasn’t at all busy. Loved the addition of the basketball hoop. Gorgeous location!

Our kids love this place, they have everything we need; pool, outdoor cinema, archery etc. If you stay at Champa, please check out their delicious food at Champa garden restaurants. We tried different dishes everytime we came in and they never disappointed us. So delicious. We all loved their food 🤩🤩

There was some misunderstanding about mini bar when checking out. We were asked to pay for some mineral water but there was none when we checked in. It was handled nicely by hotel management but it took a while.

The non Vietnamese food wasn’t amazing, but it was still good. That is the only thing I can think of!

Everything was excellent! In the ensuite bathroom there was some visible deterioration of the blinds which is the only thing that wasn’t perfect. Nam was our main contact, and took exceptional care of us during our stay. This was our first visit to a resort and we were delighted with the facilities, staff, food, and value! Our daughter (5) had a great time too, and we would love to go back again.

pizza was quite bad, given just how great everything else was (we had pho, pasta, mango salad, seafood, etc... ).

Unbeatable combination of quiet, green and practically everything-you-need resort with the closeness to city, authentic neighborhoods, as well as beach and all touristy stuff (as in - walking distance). Exceptional staff and service (we did pool, restaurants, archery, spa, room-service, etc., all was fantastic), wonderful facilities, not too big but has everything you want/need. We stayed for ten days and seriously considered extending our stay.

The personal service from the time we checked in. The Duty Mge Ms Nguyen Nhung "Sara" was excellant the whole 2 weeks were there. The value of the stay was like fabulous as we are on our own 'Island ' in the city of Nha Trang. Location was perfect as a river passes by. Tram service on the property. The Mgr Mr. Nam seem to always be around for his staff. The whole staff, Breakfast service, desk were always there. Easy transportation, taxi service seem to always be around in minutes.

Service that exceeds expectations I spent my birthday at the hotel. I wanted to get away from the busy life and relax. To be honest, I didn't expect too much from the hotel. I'm used to the fact that in Vietnam, photos and reality are very different. How wrong I was! Everything about this complex is great: staff, grounds, spa, pools, free activities. I also got a free room upgrade, happy birthday and a cake! It was very nice) I felt like a vip guest the whole time! The only thing I regretted was that I spent only one day at the resort. I will definitely come back here again)

The resort needs to expand their in room dinner options. The pizza, burgers and pho soup were great but simple additions like salads or steamed veg could make it easier to feed the whole family. The on-site Mart meant we could easily purchase vegies however.

The breakfast was great, always fresh and a good variety. The pool was fabulous and the staff were very attentive. The Day Spa was very professional with lovely screened open aired rooms, our whole family had multiple visits. The location was beautiful, a relaxing spot but easy access to everything.

Nha Trang is a big city with full of high-rise buildings and busy streets but this island a perfect place for relaxing in at middle of the city. This place is not too far from shopping, food places and beaches. It is very quite, safety and beautiful scenery. Swimming pool is nice, clean and fun. Breakfast is very good, with many selection. Front desk and services are professional. The only negative is to rooms are much smaller than pictures in website but it is enough for us.

The family room we got was very clean, but it’s not cozy or nice to hang out.

The huge swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are great. We also got a free upgrade which was really nice.

Design/layout of facilities, hard to get around the pool area. Resort is very dated and in poor repair, most sunbeds were broken. only a few of the staff were pleasant and friendly, there is not much service going on - had to wait while about 10 team members tried to figure out how to get us a towel for using the gym.

The shuttle service to the beach is a good idea but the schedule is ordinary and once you're there get hassled by vendors.

Breakfast is not adapted for vegetarians, so sadly I didn't even try anything for the 2 days I stayed there.

The bathtub is wide and nice! The view from the room is amazing!
