Great location, easy reach of main wining and dining areas. Could just sit on balcony and enjoy the atmosphere of streets below ffom privacy of own room. Definiteley stay again. Staff (Jay) was brilliant

no separate room to the bathroom. if you turned the lights on basically your whole room was bright. also you couldn’t lock the restroom. only 1 room card :/

Super central location. The hotel staff were exceptional, really informative and friendly. Rooms were comfortable - we were in a family room of two large double beds that were super comfy and spacious. Good AC. Has a lift which is a positive for my elderly father. Even stored our luggage for us when we went away for a night!

The bathroom in the room is basically just a glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom and the door to the bathroom didn’t even shut properly or lock. You can also hear some noise coming from the streets in the night, but this is to be expected staying so central in the old town.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s in a prime location in the old town. The decor inside is trendy and modern. The rooms are a good size and the beds/pillows are soft. The bathroom facilities are great - the shower worked well. The aircon also worked excellently.

Jay and staff looked after us superbly. Nothing was a problem. Comfortable room. Good shower. Even though it is in the heart of the touristy old quarter the room was very quiet. Very close to everything. Netflix on TV was great for the kids.

This property was charming, gorgeous decor and so central to everything in Hanoi ! Loved it , the hosts were so helpful and accommodating we actually extended our stay with them for an extra 2 nights after our Halong bay cruise . Highly recommend

The hotel is incredibly pleasant. The owner allowed us to check in earlier. I was received very warmly. The hotel looks exactly like the photo. Very clean in room and lobby. For me, the pillows in the hotel and the bed are important, everything is impeccable.

Room gets too hot and air conditioner takes a while to cool it. Small fan is helpful though.

Alice was excellent in welcoming us and making our stay comfortable. Alice helped arrange transfers to and from the airport and as we visited HaLong Bay and Hoi An we returned after each time away back to Charming Moon as we found the location and our staff to be excellent. Alice helped us arrange for our laundry to be done and was so lovely to deal with. would def recommend this place.

The hotel was tastefully decorated. There was a lot of light coming through the balcony, which looked out into the street. The place was extremely clean and the staff were kind. The bed was comfy and the shower was a waterfall shower.

- small size of room - noisy streets if someone want a place to sleep well - the small ants are inside the room coming out from the bedroom cabinets , however the staff is willing to change and clean the room right away

-location in the center surrounded by multiple choices of restaurants, bars, cafe, street food , no need to go far and find something to eat , drink or visit touristic places - helpful and kind staff - balcony - well decorated reception
