The view would have been stunning on a clear day, but unfortunately we were there on a cloudy day. The restaurant is a perfect spot to take photos and the service was excellent.

We can hear the noise from the street quite loud at night. The room can be quite cold in Dec.

The hotel is super central and can be loud during the weekend because of the many tourists and karaoke singers nearby. But only until around 10 pm.

The view from the breakfast room is unbeatable and the reason why we booked this hotel. The view truly did not disappoint and made our stay in Sapa even more special. The breakfast selection was very good with traditional Vietnamese or Continental options. The view from the room is stunning and the warm pool was perfect after a long day of trekking in the rain.

Breakfast could be improved for more variety. It seems the dinning room’s quite short of staffs. Couldn’t find clean tables quickly…

Beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant. Very kind staffs and receptionists who were always helpful to answer to my questions and organize tours and transportation. Recommend for a family trip. My kids were happy to see fish tanks, running up and down the stairs to easily walk between the room and other facilities.

Staff on first day of our early morning arrival weren't too happy to see us, however for the remainder of our stay they were polite and helpful.

The location was perfect, close enough to the centre of town without the noise. The street was lit up with beautiful overhead lanterns at night. Views from room was amazing. Koi pond on level 3 was beautiful and the restaurant had fantastic views and a good selection for breakfast.

The location of the hotel and the view from the room was too good. The facility was very good, especially the washroom and toilet seat. If you are visiting SAPA then you can definitely stay in this hotel.

The hotel and the rooms are very very outdated. Especially the bathroom , was very old and definitely needs a renovation. Cleaning was not to my standards.

confusing location given that there appears to be two Chau Long SaPa hotels and the name of the hotel and the address shown on booking.com do not tally (Chau Long Sa Pa 2 Hotel shown at 24 Dong Loi whereas a maps search show this hotel at Ham Rong) The breakfast offering in the Skyview Restaurant is very poor quality and the restaurant staff have very little understanding of English Other staff, including front office and tour desk, were very helpful Some room facilities did not function (specifically the fancy shower unit) location is quite good and close to the Fansipan train station

1- First there was a cockroach in the room when we came, we advised the staff they came to remove it (we stayed 4 day and there was not another one) 2- It’s was not really clean(dust and dirt) 3- Breakfast is ok 4- The hotel really need some love and deep cleaning, it’s neglected from a long time, they should close for a week patch hole, clean wall, fixes baseboards and remove mold in bathroom 5- Zero soundproof you can hear everything, bring some earplugs

for the price, it wasn’t as luxurious as I thought it would be. there was a damp smell throughout the entire floor and the sink water went directly onto the floor. could find better stay for the price

The public areas were a a little dirty. It seemed to me that during the pandemic the place was closed and needed a good deep clean after reopening. There was green mould and dirt on the walls and the glass in the restaurant and restaurant balcony needed to be cleaned to improve the view. The swimming pool area also needed a proper clean and no towels were available as stated in the welcome book.

Nice views of the mountain, breakfast was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable and balcony also had a lovely view.
