There was no hot water any time I tried to shower during my 3 days there. Not ideal.

I’d wish the bathroom door has some sort of curtain because the frosted glass door is somewhat peekable by others

A hang-out place on ground floor where you can use PC, make coffee/tea and even use their Harman Bluetooth speaker to share your music with everybody

I booked my Ha Giang loop tour and my lan ha bay tour with cheers on a recommendation. Don’t miss out on doing your Ha Giang Loop tour with Cheers. The best 3 days of my life. The group sizes were perfect, the easy riders made us all feel so safe and we have made friends for life. Honestly my favourite travel experience to date. Thank you for everything Cheers!!

Comfy dorm beds, lockable cupboards, very helpful & friendly staff. The hostel is cleaned very regularly. Great location close to many eateries and the cathedral! Easy to book Ha Giang/Sapa tours through Cheers!

Location was quiet yet close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Staff was super nice. Facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. One of the best hostels I have stayed at.

Nothing I can think of

Perfectly situated in the heart of the old town next to the lake and right behind the church! Plenty of food spots near by and I really enjoyed strolling the streets until I got full and was only a short walk back to the comfortable bed. The staff checking me in were very kind and bubbly, the reputation of this hostel speaks for itself very nice stay

It's not the most social hostel as there aren't really any common spaces.

Stayed only 2 nights but really nice hostel. Cozy, comfortable, tea and coffee available throughout the day, smiley staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. You can book a taxi to the airport too. There’s a rooftop area where you can escape the noise of the city. Really nice.

There were a couple nights where guests checked in very late (after 11pm), and one night in particular there was a group of 5 men that checked into the dorm late and proceeded to talk at the top of their voices, even after I politely asked them to keep it down as I was trying to sleep. This is out of the hostel’s control, however it would have been nice to there to have been an emphasis on quiet time after 10pm in respect to other guests ☺️ in comparison to all the great things about this hostel it wasn’t a huge deal.

The staff are so friendly and greet you every time they see you. There was complimentary coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day, and the hostel is on a nice and quiet, quaint little street in the old quarter. The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely pillow and blanket and they provide a fresh towel everyday. The dorm offers nice privacy for each bed, great sized locker for your things, a reading lamp and charging plug and a little couch to chill on in the dorm and in the reception area. The cleaning lady was amazing. She shared her fruit, chocolates and soy milk with me over the days I was there. Such a lovely experience.
