The wifi is unstable.

This property has an elevator. The room has 6 bunk beds with curtains that could keep your privacy, a comfy bed, not noisy, has a little sofa inside the room as well as bathroom too. The front staff is friendly and helpful. This property located in a nice, tidy and leafy street with a lot of cafes and eateries. Very close to the lake and a lot of nice temples and cathedral which is great to walk around.

Great location right by the cathedral in the old quarter. Staff were really lovely. The private double room was great with really good bathroom, comfy beds and ac. Wifi was good. Would stay again.

The bathroom could be a little more clean and the staff wasn’t as friendly as the first night. And there were work noises in the morning

Amazing hostel, amazing staff which would go out of their way to assist you with any bookings and queries (even like: ‘Where can I go to get a haircut?’). Alway super smiley and pleasant, yet professional. Special shout out to Artem. I’d stay again anytime. I stayed in 6-bed mixed dorm, very cozy, plenty of storage, furnished which gave it a homely feel and spotless en-suite bathroom.

Room runs a little bit tight. The ceiling is quite short and sometimes can feel stuffy and dusty.

Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. All the best things of the area is perfectly in a walking distance. Staffs were nice and quite helpful.

I’d wish the bathroom door has some sort of curtain because the frosted glass door is somewhat peekable by others

Location was quiet yet close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Staff was super nice. Facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. One of the best hostels I have stayed at.

Nothing I can think of

Perfectly situated in the heart of the old town next to the lake and right behind the church! Plenty of food spots near by and I really enjoyed strolling the streets until I got full and was only a short walk back to the comfortable bed. The staff checking me in were very kind and bubbly, the reputation of this hostel speaks for itself very nice stay

Stayed only 2 nights but really nice hostel. Cozy, comfortable, tea and coffee available throughout the day, smiley staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. You can book a taxi to the airport too. There’s a rooftop area where you can escape the noise of the city. Really nice.
