The only aspect that we found less than satisfactory was the occasional sound transmission between connecting rooms, which could be disruptive if the neighboring guests were particularly boisterous.o

The restaurant menu could offer a larger variety of local items. A lot of the dishes were international so we ended up eating at local eateries instead. The bed was also extremely hard, to the point that we had a hard time falling asleep the first two nights.

We got a villa on the beach, so we loved being able to walk right out of our villa onto the sand, and lay down right next to the water. The hotel offers what they call a "virtual butler" which was a super effective way to get food & drinks delivered right on the beach. The passion fruit smoothie & Vietnamese coffee were our favorites! Overall, the service & facilities were terrific. The hotel provides a reusable water bottle for guests to keep, and a water refill station. We got a couple of massages, which were good as well. The beach is quite secluded, and therefore quiet, which wasn't a big factor for us originally but after visiting some of the more touristy, and overdeveloped areas of the island, it was lovely to wind down at the hotel.

Too pricy. No GYM !! - this actually was the worst thing for us. When you pay a lot and you come to relax.. for us it means also sport facilities. Nothing was offered instead. We mentioned few times. Very poor reaction - you could not care less. Staff not always look happy ? Grampy... Rooms should be better maintained for this price.. also the paths between the Vilas- bad condition.

The beds were traditional Vietnamese beds which is an extremely firm mattress. That is incredibly common in SE Asia, but for westerners it’s too firm. I told them I was uncomfortable and they put a nice mattress topper on the bed. Which helped. Everything was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely. Pretty facility.

The WiFi is a bit slow

Lovely, private room. Delicious breakfast. The restaurant had a wide selection of various foods on the menu, plus every night they had some new special to try, so it didn't get boring to eat there every day of our stay. On the beach, they had a number of activities available, like snorkeling and SUPs. And the SPA was great, we went for a massage almost every day.

The rooms and beach are just gorgeous, and the staff so kind, hospitable, and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing - huge variety of fresh and delicious food, both Vietnamese and Western. They were incredibly accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Such a special place, we’d love to come back!

The location is isolated. You would need to cab or rent a motorbike to get around. We knew that in advance and loved the privacy and getaway. The gym could use an update.

The property is very secluded and private! Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a partner. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I rooms were comfortable and luxurious. The views of the ocean were magnificent.

Mosquitoes come to the terrace at night, so insect repellent spray is a must.The hotel will provide insecticide, but it is only effective temporarily, so it is better to bring your own.

The "gym" is actually not rally functional. Sometimes you hear your neighbours through the wall, which can be a bit annoying

Breakfast would have been even better if it had more variety.

Well maintained. The grounds are kept clean, with staff constantly cleaning the beach and picking up fallen leaves from the lawn every day. The rooms are carefully cleaned every day and kept very clean. I couldn't enjoy the sea because of the rainy and windy days, but the pool was great. Great view. SPA is the best. The air was clean and the place was wonderful.
