The isolation was great but food choices were very limited. Renting a scooter takes care of that Temporary construction but will make the place even better

The staff is super professional and they will do their best to make you feel comfortable. Even though the sea is not clean, they do a massive effort to keep the beach clean. The staff are the real starts of this resort.

The personnel were always happy and helpful. The accommodation was stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort itself was in a beautiful quiet location, a little off the beaten track on an impeccably clean beach. The pool is gorgeous and the breakfast was great.

The gentleman at reception wasn’t very helpful when we wanted to hire motorbikes as they had run out. We asked for help to find somewhere local we could go but were told they didn’t know. We were left to find our own, which proved quite easy locally. The restaurant is very disappointing. Limited local dishes available and those that are on the menu are badly cooked. There are no other restaurant walking distance so had no choice but to eat there. Not had a good meal.

The resort has a beautiful and well kept private beach. You can relax on sun lounges or hammock. The view is stunning. The hotel was pretty quiet. It also has a nice swimming pool just by the beach. The rooms are very comfortable. We were told on arrival that we got upgraded to a Deluxe bungalow. It had a nice view to the pool and sea. The bath outside is also a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable and room cleaned daily.

The service in the restaurant was very slow (be prepared to wait 45mins-1hr after ordering), however this is likely due to the limited staff. The tables weren't very clean, however they are right on the beach so that's to be expected. The beach was very littered and could be cleaned more regularly to ensure it remains inviting. Again, limited staff. If you choose to have a massage, be prepared to be naked in front of other guests! The spa area is an open gazebo, located within view of the pool and close to the steps to the reception area. But still highly recommend, the massage was amazing and very cheap!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this place is perfect! Family friendly (has a playground), beautiful pool, restaurant on site, spa services available, gorgeous views, and the staff were all so lovely! The bungalows were perfect, very private and all with amazing views. Hard to believe how cheap this resort is! The food from the restaurant was amazing each and every meal. The breakfast buffet was also to a high standard with plenty of options.

A few glitches: the landscape needs through cleaning. AC didn’t work well in my room. Cleanliness level is so so. Not enough hot water to fill the large tub. Breakfast is just ok.

It's strength is also it's weakness.Taxi required if you want to eat anywhere else.The food at the restaurant is good though if a little eccentric.. Hawaiian pizza with no ham and pineapple... chorizo and green pepper instead. Only 4 sunbeds round the fabulous pool and a shortage on the beach could be an issue if they are busy. This place is already good...with a little more it could be amazing.

This is a place for getting away from it all.If it's peace and quite you are looking for them,this place hits the spot...for a few days.

From the odd reception of not knowing where to go to check in, to the empty bottles and litter staying on the sun beds for two days, the bad money exchange rate, higher scooter prices compared to other locations on the island, and dirty bedsheets, the service of the hotel was worse compared to the standard we have experienced across Vietnam. For food and to avoid waiting times best to go to the seafood restaurant close by.

Placed more in the nature with its own clean beach access this hotel was great to stay and relax for two days. Next to the mentioned items in what could be improved, the hotel acted on feedback and got us an airport transfer when asked.

Breakfast and food is not the best, and limited choices.

The place is fantastic, a hidden paradise with a private beach. The staff is helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kayaking, Paddle board access for free. Also if you like to sail, the company Viet sail is offering classes and tours, where I had an amazing day on the boat and had the occasion to do snorkeling a little further. They stay at Chez Carole resort. Highly recommend for a peaceful weekend !

It felt like we were the only guests, besides managers don’t expect much English, main pool under maintenance during our stay, menu was very basic and food was just average, nothing to do in the area, fellow guests surprised to see just how empty the place is

Non vegetarian and very expensive menu. Very far from everything, very very far. The beach next to is not that good, also full of rubbish and plastics (problem of the whole island). Would not going again.

Chez Carole resort is a perfect place to stay for a short vacation. The place is lovely and cozy with English speaking and friendly stuffs. Rooms are clean, and well furnished. The sailing instructor is great. The owner Ms. Ha is great and super cute!

Last October we had the opportunity to visit Phu Quoc and chose to stay at Chez Carole Beach. I find the service here very good, the staff is enthusiastic and hospitable. We enjoyed delicious food here and felt very satisfied. I will definitely come back here.
