None, had a wonderful stay. If I really had to say anything, the menu selection was limited.

The staff, especially Tara & Rosee were wonderful and ensured that my family's needs were well taken care off. Herbal foot soak was provided by the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise. One of the only places in Vietnam that does not charge the 3~4% credit card surcharge. Free cycles. A Kayaking center nearby. Great value for money.

wi-fi was not stable ( but probably in a place like this it's even better ) room is not soundproof ( if someone decides to sit late around the swimming pool - you can hear the conversation inside )

Beautiful location surrounded by rice field, great view from the room ( on the second floor) you can use bicycle and cycle to the old town ( around 15 min), beach ( 10-15 min) or village with a coconut boat ( less than 10 min ) room is big enough, bright, with interesting details, a huge shower room staff were amazing breakfast was a great bonus - every morning you could enjoy it with a great view

10/10 stay!! I was sad to leave the hotel. It’s really comfortable and the location is amazing- in the middle of the rice fields. The lounging area is a big open space and it doesn’t get better than that!! Bonus: the bed and pillows are so comfortable. Best hotel so far in Vietnam! Will def def DEF stay here again! And daily laundry service? AMAZING

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful & staff went out of their way to make sure you were well fed and comfortable. Bonus was the foot baths every few days. Rosie and Pong were always making sure we were enjoying our stay. Rooms were cleaned really well by a woman, sorry I don't know her name, who was very friendly and pleasant.

Everything was perfect

Wonderfull location, delicious breakfast in the patio between the lua- ricefields-. Spacious light rooms with comfortable beds. The 3,5 kms to the Center of Hanoi are done in no time with one of the numerous decent bikes you can use (for free). The road to go there is not complicated. Staff is very friendly. Laundry service. Accomodation can arrange pick up service. Beautiful surroundings. What else would you need more?

Beautiful scenery; the view of the green paddy fields is breathtaking. The family suites are spacious and the beds are comfy. Great breakfast selections, amazing owner and staff; our family enjoyed the conversation with them a breakfast every morning. Everyone there went beyond to help us book airport pickups, free shuttle bus to the old town, the tours, and to update our booking even at the last minute. The entire establishment is just lovely we wish we had time to stay longer!

Hotel was charming set in a rural location next to rice fields but still very close to anything you need, hotel offer lots of little extras ( free shuttle, free use of bikes, foot soak at night which was very relaxing, laundry ) which make for a pleasant stay, breakfast was good, the staff were always helpful and always available to answer any questions, nothing was too much trouble, Hotel very clean, bed very comfortable, air con and ceiling fan worked well, there are a few restaurants around within walking distance, much more in Hoi An.a few kilometres away. Excellent stay excellent value for money with very friendly staff.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and we got lucky that the rice paddies were young and green (Mid January). Rosie and Tara, the receptionists, really took great care of us during our stay. We loved that they include a free laundry service (a basket a day) for each room. So genius and so convenient for the guests. Rooms were clean and comfy. Shower pressure was great but sometimes didn’t have hot water in the afternoon. We already booked another stay after we come back from Da Nang :)

The best place in Hoi An, such a peaceful, natural and beautiful place to stay! Our appartment was the best 😊 Breakfast is so gooooood: coffee, pancakes, omelettes, loads of choices and very fresh. Even the beds were great, the bikes free and the pool very neat. The crew is wonderful, a big thanks to them you made our one month stay so nice. You rock guys, keep that nice energy flowing around! 🥳

A bit far from the beach, but that's only if you prefer to walk. You can borrow a bicycle free of charge or rent a moped at the hotel.

We planned to stay for a week but ended up extending for another week. Such a peaceful atmosphere that we didn't want to leave the place. The nature around the hotel, the silence, and the impeccable comfort provided by the hotel staff create an inexpressible experience. We loved the design of the hotel, it is very organic, and it seems as if it was created by nature. A special thank you and a big thank you to the hotel staff. Very positive and friendly guys and it seems they can do everything. I suspect they are magicians ))). Hi everyone, if we are in Vietnam we will stop by.

All was great.

Despite of being far from the center, that was all we looked for. Rice fields and peaceful location! The fact that they provide with free laundry service was key for us after a few road trip days.
