Reception is small and walking in is a rough rocky road.

Walking into the property is a bit suss and reception is small but the room is like the pictures ! Luckily. Staff were amazing in helping out bringing luggage and also letting us check out until 4pm! This allowed us to rest after going out in the very hot morning to relax again. They also allowed for a shower in their very small shower room but it helps with such a sweaty day.

Centrally located. Pretty looking rooms which are Spic and span rooms. The staff is so nice and cooperative. We had an extremely comfortable stay. Special mention for the foot care basket and the free laundry service.

I liked that the neighborhood was fairly quiet, but it was a bit of a walk to many things. I know HCMC fairly well, but if you’re looking to discover it for the first time, tourist points are a bit far away.

The room was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable. I loved the balcony.

We only stayed one night but everything was perfect! The staff couldn't answer all our (I must admit) very specific questions related to the organisation of our trip, but they were really eager to help. The room was large and comfortable. We appreciated that we could stay quite long in the lobby while waiting for our transport to another city.

A nice little hotel down an alley in D1. There's lots of nice little perks and services they provide that make it a very good experience. Location is pretty good though a little farther from the main tourist stuff.

Nothing the hotel can do about (but they did make sure to make sure our stay as wonderful as possible): There are some roosters in nearby buildings that can be heard in the morning hours if you have a light sleep. Regarding finding the hotel: If you search Chez Mimosa Local on Google Maps you get a slightly different location than the actual one. Make sure you insert the address from Booking in Google Maps.

Great location. Big, nice and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, I had the best hotel service ever here. Not only was the staff at the reception always smiling and helpful, but especially Fleur went above and beyond for us. First she made sure we were having a great stay and her breakfast service was excellent. Second she recommended a wonderful souvenir shop with high quality and affordable prices. Ask her for the recommendation if you stay at Chez Mimosa Local.

Just be aware there is no lift/elevator and so big suitcases might be a pain on the stairs.

Great friendly staff especially Yung (I’m sorry I will definitely be misspelling this!). Full of smiles every morning and very helpful. Great value for money. Great central location with easy walk into old town and beautiful assembly hall 3min walk away. Quiet at night. Comfy beds and good power shower. The breakfasts very morning were so fresh and good, we had the mixed tropical fruit yoghurt bowl everyday / the overnight oats and it was so generous with so much fresh fruit like mango, passion fruit, dragonfruit!

The water pressure was weak.

It’s a great location! Walkable, lots of good restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable. AC is good too. The staff are very nice and helpful. I had a package that needed to be shipped to my family hometown (thank you Đức for helping me arrange the pickup/delivery). The breakfast was delicious, the homemade yogurt and fruit 😍 Co Hoa 🌸is sweet and cheerful.

Staff was very kind and helpful, also good in English. We got some free cookies, tea and water. We were even allowed to check in earlier without any problems. After check out, we could have stored our luggage in hotel and take a shower afterwards! The room is spacious.

The stairs - we were lucky to be on the 2nd floor so that wasn’t too bad.

Was clean with the most comfortable bed. Large room which included a laundry service and breakfast. On the last night we were given a foot bath which was most relaxing.

The only downside is lack of soundproof. Can clearly hear footsteps of other guests walking pass my room. But not many rooms in the building so it's not a big concern.

Spacious room. Sensible interior. Super comfy bed. Friendly staff with good english communication. Located within local neighbourhood, therefore close to lots of local restaurants, supermarket, street market, public transport etc. Definitely recommend.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but 20-25 min walk with a quick stride and you're there. There was no breakfast available, which if added, would definitely be appreciated by guests.

Great place - very spacious, exactly like it is on the photos. The staff was friendly, and spoke English (which we have encountered a problem with in other hotels). It was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. And definitely loved the bed, sheets and pillow - so comfy!

Location while central with close food and bars is isolated by two main roads which are dangerously hard to cross (taxis for older people) No elevator in one of the hotels 2x buildings.
