We stayed for 2 nights. Our room have cockroaches and it landed on my husband chest while we were on bed. Bedroom floor have red ants as well, I bought unripe and unpeeled mango fruits and ants started to infested my plastic bag.

Located in District 1 which is the center of HCMC. Near to food vendors and 15-30 minutes walk to malls. The housekeeping will not enter your room to do any cleaning unless you inform the receptionist area. We stayed in room 2D, and if you don’t like to be waken up by noisy pigeons then suggest you request for different room. Bed is comfortable and they provide 4 pillows in which I love it as I’m a pillow higher when I sleep.

The rooms were basic but super comfortable. We had a room at the back of the hotel. Almost no sounds from outside while it is in a busy part of town. Shower was wonderful, bed was nice and not to hard.

The room is quite pack but sufficient for 2 person. Bathroom are relatively small

Smooth check in and early checked in as the room prepared for us is empty. The unit located near to city center and convenient store is just right below of it. It comes with mini fridge and a safe box in the unit.

Linh at the reception was very friendly and accommodating with my check in and stay. Since it was my first time, she recommended great local spots for food and sightseeing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had a good sleep here. The location is great with easy access to many cool spots. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here and will come back here next time I visit.

Misleading ad (in fact, there was no washing machine, no bathrobes initially and no pyjamas)

Good customer service, complimentary clotheswashing service (free) in lieu of there being no washing machine, eventual supply of two bathrobes, good condition of apartment, and convenient/central location

A great budget friendly option. The room was spacious and clean. There is a shop under the hotel where you can buy food for breakfast and space in reception to eat. They let us wait in the hotel after check out as we had a late flight which was helpful.

Good quality hotel in good location. There's no bells or whistles, just the rooms, but if you're just looking for a good place to stay...no probs here. Staff were friendly and helpful.

You can see that many guests don't treat the place nicely. Lot of small damages for the age of the rooms...

Nice Hotel close to the touristic center of HCMC. Modern funiture, spacious room, nice views if you've got yourself a good room.

Good value for your money! It was clean, modern, comfortable, the air con was great and it had a good bathroom. It is located in easy proximity to markets, and the big party street and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around.

The Location wasn't exactly convenient to commute to all the sightseeing locations. Also, I have had to changed rooms after checked in as the Air Conditioning was not working. The second room that I got given, was also not working. There are no tv channels but have Netflix (you will need your own login to watch it though)

The powerful shower (water pressure was on point) The room was highly quality of decoration makes the stay comfortable. It was clean, it was value for money. Perfect stay for a solo traveller

Bath was dirty at the bottom but this seems to be due to old age rather than failure to clean it. Ants present in room so could do to be deep cleaned a little more often.

Room was a nice size, convenience store just below the hotel, friendly staff.
