The AC is too weak, this is serious I don't know if it's because the room is spacious or the AC is not cleaned. No wardrobe, little space to hang our clothes and used towels

The staffs are nice and helpful. The view from the window: I can see the moon clearly at night. The location: convenient but not too crowded.

The room we were in is a bit noisy due to its vicinity to the kitchen of in-house cafeteria.

Modern, spacious, comfortable, well-located. The staff was very attentive and took care of our every need (from organizing transport and tours to serving late night desserts - they have a great selection of chocolate and coffee beverages)

Our stay at Chocohouse was fantastic. The rooms had everything we needed, it was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location for getting into the Hue, but also peaceful and quiet at night time. The coffee shop is also great, perfect for breakfast!

The owner/manager was very helpful and positive, helped us in any issue we had. Ground floor's ice cream and 1st floor's cafe - happy to recommend even if you do not stay there! Near to the centre, all was reachable by foot. We had lovely view to the colourful Christian church from our window.

As Hue is so hot it would have been amazing to have a pool but not essential. Breakfast or a drink weren’t included.

We loved our stay at ChocoHouse, rooms hidden within a lovely chocolate cafe with delicious drinks. Clean and spacious. The owner was so warm and helpful. She sent us an incredible google map of pins for things to do, places to eat and helpful amenities.

Access to room is by steep staircase. Property seems to have 2 rooms, and be careful not to miss it as it is easy to go past.

Large room, newly decorated with balcony overlooking a temple. This was very comfortable. Room is above a coffee shop but not noisy. You can buy coffee/chocolate from the shop downstairs as breakfast is not provided. Good area to be based in.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

Everything was great. Friendly welcome, picked us up from the airport. Gave us great recommendations on where to eat and drink nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Hue. Thanks to all the staff for being so accommodating. Also, all of the coffees and chocolate are brilliant!

Everything was spectacular! The room was as perfect as advertised, it was clean, the property is super well located and it offers everything you need for your stay in Hue (plus the great cafè…Dont miss the egg or salted coffee or the pancake 😉) Quyen is a fantastic host. She helped us with everything we needed. Also arranged a driver for us and provided a super well designed document with all info we needed for our stay in the city. I can’t recommend ChocoHouse enough. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hue. Keep up the amazing work guys and thanks for hosting us brilliantly. We definitely felt at home 🫶

As other reviews have said, there is a constant level of noise due to accomo being above the cafe. We were on 1st floor next door to cafe and storeroom and definitely could hear talking / clanging noises 6am - 11pm ish, as we are heavy sleepers so this didn’t bother us. Please do not book if you are a light or sensitive sleeper (or at least not this room) 😅 on Sundays the church next door has bells that ring loudly early in the morning Wifi was a little slow at times.

Room was new and spacious, with large windows and windows and thoughtful amenities provided. Highlight was definitely the level of service - Quyen really went above and beyond taking us through what to do in Hue, organising drivers and city transfer services for us! TV has all the major streaming services (just need to login with own acc) which was nice. Note that the property has no elevators, however there were people to help us take up and down our suitcases :) Cafe hot choccy worth a try ✨

Baggage „storage“ after check-out not ideal, backpacks were just standing in the hall in front of the coffee shop. Host said there are cameras, did not feel too safe to me though. Host also booked us a bus to Phong Nha, but evth was a bit dodgy in the end - no official tickets, no bus number, no seat reservation, a bit chaotic, bus got stopped randomly by the police right after leaving town cause there was no official passenger list. Strange…

Clean, modern and bright rooms. Coffee shop in same house. Evth in walking distance. Host was helpful, shared recommendations for Hué and asked about feedback at the end.
