We had to go up a narrow flight of stairs after the elevator to reach our room on the top floor.

The price was a little on the expensive side to other places we stayed in, however this could be due to last minute booking.

My husband and I booked this hotel within 30 minutes of arriving due to another hotel cancelling on us last minute. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location, clean and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and yummy food. I believe due to COVID this hotel was shut for a long time, happy they are up and running again :) Highly recommended!!

We really appreciated the sincerity from Sunny and Lisa. They are a real assest to your business, they care about the customers and anticipate thier needs. One thing that I have never seen from other places I have stayed in is Lisa and Sunny made the effort to cross the road and get us into our rides each time we left the hotel. This is attention to detail and the extra mile that stands out to me.

The room is a bit packed and our window faced the backyard of another house.

Nothing to dislike, the place is PERFECT!

The location is PERFECT! Right in the middle of everything but far enough from all the noise and clutter. The staff is beyond helpful and they all go out of their way to assist you with questions, laundry, etc. The included breakfast is top tier, with a large variety of western and local dishes. and the window of my room provided a beautiful view of an old next door building. Will definitely be staying here again!

Could do with an update but that's only minor.

Best thing about the hotel was the location and Lisa who worked on reception. Located right by the cathedral, it is as central as you can get. The staff were lovely, especially Lisa who really went above and beyond.

For the price, the property is great, but expect small rooms.

Super friendly staff, specifically Lisa and Thomas made our stay really special. The location was perfect and close to awesome shopping and coffee shops. Small window in the room was nice to let in natural light. Breakfast was awesome.

Perfect location in the heart of the Old Quarter, but quiet! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. On my last day, I took a day trip while waiting for my midnight flight. Even though I had already checked out, the staff gladly let me take a shower before my flight (to the gratitude of all 200 AirNippon passengers, I am sure).

The room we booked felt quite small, but this was at the end of our trip and we had extra luggage with us. The room also felt a little tired compared to the rest of the hotel, but it was very comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, especially on the front desk. Anything you needed, they were available to help and advise. Fantastic location. The lobby is lovely and the restaurant was good too. We enjoyed breakfast here.

Centrally located in the old Quarter but in a quiet street despite being close to the Cathedral. Great room with lots of space and the staff were exceptional particularly Sunny who went out of her way to help with any enquiry or request.

Due to engineering work in the area, the wifi in the room was intermittent, but swiftly dealt with by staff when we raised the problem.

The room we checked into was described as an upgrade but it was the same as we booked...which was confusing but nothing bad.

Location was superb and the welcome we received was above expected. Lovely guy at the reception and booked us a airport transfer for the next day competitively priced against Grab :).

This a very nice hotel, excellent location just beside the St Joseph’s Church and the nicest staff. It is the newest hotel but I think it is a very good choice if you are looking for an upper class hotel in the Old quarters.

The location was perfect - in the heart of the old quarter, close to some of our favorite sights. But they’ve also soundproofed it well so that it’s quiet - we rested well every night. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and courteous; the breakfast was fresh and delicious; and our room was comfortable and well appointed.
