Excellent views from the balcony room of the surrounding mountainous scenery. The room was also large, clean and well maintained with a nice large bed. Breakfast of a morning was, albeit basic, very tasty and the owners were always present in the lobby to cook breakfast and attend to any needs. Also helped arrange scooter hire which is useful in Sapa as otherwise it’s a lot of walking from the town to trek trails etc.

EVERYTHING! The Staff goes over and beyond to help you with anything. The breackfast is perfect (big baggette, good coffe, good fruit) the room very big, bed is XXXXL, big toilette,... Don't look any further, this is one of the best places to stay.

After a while the hot water runs out in the shower, but we were 3 in a row to take a shower, so it was a minor inconvenience. The hotel is a bit far from the city center (30 minutes by walk), but it was quiet so not really a bad point!

The breakfast was included and very yummy! The entrance and the room smell nice and were clean and confortable. The owners were very friendly. We had a small nice balcony with a nice view.

THEY ONLY TAKE CASH!! I was not made aware of this before/during my stay so it caused me some inconvenience. If you know this beforehand though it’s not an issue!

Cloud House is a great place to stay in Sapa, the owners are great and the property is super clean and organized. Our room and beds were very clean and the heating pad on the bed was a saviour for the cooler weather. Breakfast was really good as well. Probably the best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam so far, would recommend!

Room looks out to a very busy road with lots of honking cats, buses, trucks passing (even at night). Make sure you have earplugs with you.

The ONLY negative point was that the room we got did not have a window. That makes everything a little bit darker inside and does not allow the shower area (or washed clothes) to dry fast enough.

The room was quite nicely decorated and well equipped with the main necessary things, corresponding to the description and the chosen room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner of the place is very kind, even though his English is a little bit limited. But it is possible to understand each other if speaking slowly. The breakfast had one option only for food, but very tasty and big enough to start your day in the best way possible! 🙂 Coffee was great too! Laundry service was for 30.000 VND per Kilogram, about 1,15/1,20€/kg, pretty fair and in line with other prices in the area. There would have been the possibility to park the motor free of charge, but we did not have one. A little far from the city centre, but doable with a fast walk 😉
