There is nothing wrong I could notice in the 2 days my friends and I stayed in.

The staff was very receptive and willing to help. The girl called Celine in the restaurant speaks English clearly and was helpful taking care of us by asking what we needed and bringing what we requested. I assume her major is in hospitality because we also work for hotels and she was doing more than what expected.

The area can get a bit noisy with traffic, but with our earplugs on hand, we had no problem with it.

You can expect a comfortable stay with the attentive staff here. From the welcoming reception to the helpful breakfast team, everyone is friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the bathroom was modern with a good shower. Breakfast is a delightful mix of Vietnamese specialties, toast, fresh fruit, and eggs made just how you like them.

The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. From the reception to the breakfast staff, they all are hospitable, helpful and friendly. We got a room upgrade, bathroom was nice and good shower! Location is perfect in the old quarter. Breakfast had Vietnamese dishes, toast, fruit, eggs made to order and pancakes. The area is busy and therefore can be loud (traffic noise) they provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper it might bother you. However, that is probably the case in every hotel in the old quarter. Beds were nice and comfortable. Temperature in room was easily adjustable, which was good because it was cold this time of year.

Love everything about this hotel❤️The location is good, you can easily walk to most attractions and famous restaurants. Room very clean & tidy.The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, specially Ms Celina making sure we had everything we need. Breakfast was delicious and varieties.

My room was close to the highway side, it was a little bit noisy. Good that I found ear plugs in my room.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. It is in the Old Quarter with many good restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet, although not with huge selection, is sufficient and tasty. The staff (especially Celina) are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very fine. The rooms are good and very clean. All the staff was wonderful. They all made you feel welcome. Theres a high service. If we ever came back to Hanoi again .We would choose the same hotel again.

Our first room didn't match the description (most importantly the room was not soundproof towards the street noise; they did provide earplugs though) and had some paint stains in the curtains. As we checked in late at night we didn't change anything on the spot but the next morning we got confirmation that we'd move to another room. That one was soundproof so it ended up being a good stay with proper sleep. The breakfast on the rooftop is a little cramped but good enough to get the day started.

Staff was very friendly and reacted properly to our feedback. When arriving back at the hotel at night, the guy at reception always asked how our day went and gave helpful suggestions for the next day. The location is good to reach most attractions while still being on a calmer street so the noise in the room is ok (depending on the room).

Outside doesn’t look so appealing. Small hallway/lobby, but typical of hotels in area.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast with limited facilities. Location good - close to old quarter. Got upgraded to Grande fiesta hotel. Nicer but noisier.

- breakfast, would definitely book without breakfast next time, coffee was very, very bad - massage, I definitely don’t recommend using this service! we had a massage for two people, one was okay, but mine didn’t even feel like professional massage + after this they ask you for a tip (I think hotel should just add it as service charge, cause the massage is downstairs so you need to run to the room and search for cash after…) - while checking out they ask you to fill questionnaire about the hotel, so you can report anything you don’t like (also during your stay), but we were travelling around few countries so only had two days there, so I would rather spend them exploring and write review here after

Property was really close to the old town and within walking distance of everything. The staff were really helpful organising a Ha Long Bay tour before we arrived and airport pick up meaning or arrival in Hanoi was stress free. They even helped us get the best exchange rate to change our dollars and sorted out SIM cards for us. Over all we loved it here and would definitely recommend it.
