I am usually too lazy to leave reviews but this place was perfect so I felt I had to. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed help with. The location is right next to the beach. The room was very spacious and clean, and it was kept clean too by the friendly housekeeper. The bed was really comfortable too. The pool looks exactly how it does in the photos. Also the spa next door is great too, also with very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Da Nang.

great little homestay tucked away down a lane way 2 minute walk from the beach .. the rooms are spacious clean and great comfortable bed . the staff were awesome , very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble … the pool on the roof is well worth the walk up four flights of stairs !! 5 Stars !

Our first tool was humid

The location is great ! Next to the beach and to moto rental bike places. The staff was amazing and changed our room because the first room had issues with humidity. The Spa next to the Hotel is amazing ! It’s really worth it to get a massage there. Globally the staff were really great and thoughtful with us. They even booked the bus to go to Hanoï for us. I recommend this hotel !

CONS: I was working during my trip and opted my first day to get some work done on my laptop in the room. Though unfortunately endured about 3 hours of banging on the wall before I went down to ask staff what the heck was going on. They said that they were doing construction on the outside of the building itself. I am very patient, but I would have really preferred to be told when I checked in that they would be doing construction, especially since it was on the side of the wall where my room was. Furthermore, every morning around 8am (I was there 5 nights) there was repetitive banging (like hammering?) on various other walls. You can hear everything through these walls, unfortunately. Though I just guessed that this was also construction due to the repetitive nature of this noise as well. When I asked the front desk about the noise, they had the worker stop construction (he/they were set to work a couple more hours). I did not expect everything to stop just because of me (though appreciated the gesture), but I would have much rather just been told ahead of time or given a choice of being moved to a less noisy room, for example. I paid full price for lots of noise.

PROS: Very clean room, bright light, balcony, full kitchen, friendly and helpful staff. The location was in relative close proximity to My Khe Beach (although you'll need to take a 10 minute Grab to get there, etc). The breakfast and coffee was excellent. My laundry was free to wash by the housekeeper (though I tipped her well).

I booked a Premium Suite over a month ago as we are staying for 2 weeks, so we wanted to be comfortable in the one place. Our room (401) was smaller than what I expected for a Premium & the pictures advertised. The greenery on the balcony is overgrown & there is no view. Asked to go up higher & was then told our room was a studio not a Premium & they were all booked out. The advertised pictures do not look as good as it actually is. Stayed one night then checked into another hotel for the remainder of our trip. If we were only staying 2 or 3 nights there, it would have been fine. Received a cash refund less one night.

There isn’t much, really. Cleaning could have been done a bit more thoroughly, as there was lots of dust in the room. I had to wipe everything myself after the check in. It would be nice to have some towels at the pool area. It’s on the 4th floor of the spa building with no elevator so it’s not that easy to go back to your room in case you forgot your towel. There’s a washing machine but no lines to dry the laundry, at least in my room.

The location was great, central, yet not that noisy as it is hidden in a small alley. A few minute walk from the beach with lots of food options around. There are only three things on the breakfast menu but all of them done with great care and served by a lovely lady. Pool is a nice addition. Good value for money.

The curtains were very thin, you don't have a private space, even when you were in the bathroom someone could watch you from the next building. Kitchen utensils were very bad, pots and pans were in terrible condition, there were not enough items for cooking.

The staff was great. The location was great. Breakfast was good. The desk and bed were good enough for long term stay. There was cleaning and water service every day. The pool was nice.

There was some mold in the walls, although it didn't smell bad. The place is a bit worn-out.

Entrance on the side of small alley, crossing by next door restaurant kitchen which was wet. Pricing seem not good value when i shorten my stay that property offerred to increase a rate which seem ok but, however when i checked on-arrival rate online that only half price hotel offerred to me which i felt to be ripped off.
