only con is it's a bit far from centre so be prepared to pay for grab/taxi to travel to center. nothing much to dislike but one small thing is you should confirm the room picture when booking as there are different room sizes and layout.

100% worth the price. this apartment is located near the lake although quite a bit of walk to the lake. very peaceful neighbourhood. Recommended

The kitchen is not in the room, not so comfy but you can get used to it. Small bathroom. Pretty hard to find the building cz it’s in an alley quite tough to locate if you are travelling to Hanoi for first time, then you realise it’s the same everywhere you stay in Hanoi lol.

It’s in a peaceful alley. You can get to some grocery stores nearby and also some atm’s at a small shopping center 10 min walk. Icy aircon and a fan in case you don’t like using an aircon.

IT WAS COLD. The air conditioning doesn’t heat, and in the night I slept in my warmest clothes and under the blanket. Weird how they don’t have any heating if Hanoi gets that cold sometimes. And a minor problem: tiny ants everywhere and inspecting every inch of your belongings

The property owner did not try to contact me in advance. He did not try to help me while im lost in Hanoi. Bad attitude! I wasnt checked in. The housekeeper just lead me to the room.

This place has almost facilities except something to warn me up during winter. It’s extremely freezing This place also provides private compartments like wc, a little kitchen which are really nice,👍 so comfy With the reasonable price (~150$/9 nights), it definitely worths the money Thanks to manager Trang for trying to help me during this time.

The shower room was a completely see through so no privacy. The shower room was also a little dirty and poorly put together in terms of quality. However! For the money to have your own bathroom and shower was very good. The flat also felt a little open due to anyone being able to take a lift into the kitchen and the door for the bedroom felt a little flimsy. We still felt safe but just a heads up.

The location of this property is fantastic. We love Tay Ho as an area. The bed was extremely comfortable! One of the best beds we’ve slept in in SE Asia! The owner was fantastic! Instead of me having to pay by cash we workout how I could do an international bank transfer. A lot of owners I have come across would have made me just go to an ATM!

The second floor room we had on our first stay had a smell coming from the bathroom and noisy pipes every time we flushed the toilet. Also the sliding door was very loud and would wake your partner up in the middle of the night. Also the sheets were rough and old.

We stayed in two different rooms here. 7th floor room couldn’t fault. The 2nd floor room could use some work however…

I couldn’t get the aircon to work so I had to use the ceiling fan, this made the room really stuffy and hot :( especially bad as I was feeling so sick

typical Vietnamese finish. no power sockets near bed, balcony was literally the staircase, check in was difficult, small back ally, yada yada... it was okay.

Very cute self contained studios, better and cheaper than what most affordable hotel rooms offer in Hanoi. Great location in the Tay Ho area. Very nice staff and easy check in!
