My family and I stayed at the Cozy Savvy Boutique hotel in April and we loved the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, location was great away from the main hustle and bustle, the staff were super friendly and helpful too. We loved that there were free bikes to use too and the rooftop pool was glorious at sunset!

Excellent service! The staff were very helpful, friendly and considerate. We received a very warm welcome, with Lyn giving us a detailed sharing of the activities we could do, and a map of the popular shops in the Old Town. The location of the hotel was also great, within walking distance of the Old Town where the core activities were located. We also enjoyed the daily hotel breakfast, with great food coupled along with the local salted/coconut coffee.

Big, comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with a nice balcony, quiet location of the hotel (10min walk from town - perfect for us - or simply use the available bikes the hotel has), really good variety for breakfast and the staff was a 10 out of 10 (special thank you to Lyn for all the extra care and all the fantastic recommendations from coffee places, tailors, to food). Nice little swimming pool on the rooftop (perfect for the very hot days we had). One of the best 4star hotels we stayed in our Vietnam trip

From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a warm greeting, a delicious welcome drink and the best staff. The room was amazing as I expected and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, the selection is beyond. We were there a few days before our wedding and the staff were incredible. They knew all the details and arranged so much for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care is really above and beyond. They treated my other guests just the same. I really worried about nothing during my time there. The location is perfect, east for others to stay close, a quick walk to old town but not so close that you hear the commotion. A beautiful window view to beat! A big thanks to Anne and her team, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great, small hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to Old Town but without all the noise and foot traffic. The staff were great, they knew our names within the first day. We loved the roof top pool to escape the extreme heat while we were there. Our interconnecting rooms were spacious and cleaned well.

Incredible hotel, everything was fantastic. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. There was a huge selection for breakfast which changed daily. The rooftop pool was a nice size with a good number of beds/seats. The staff were outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful. In particular when we arrived we enjoyed talking with Cindy who took us through the city map giving us excellent recommendations for food/tailors/activities. Finally the location is just a short walk into the heart of the old town and the bike rental service is super handy as well.

The staff were amazing—the nicest and most helpful people. They informed us of the best places to go and even made me an incredible cake for my birthday, which they realized on their own from my passport. The hotel is gorgeous down to every detail. The location is excellent, situated in the center yet quiet, and all this for such a low price; what a steal! I would recommend it to everyone.

You may hear roosters from neighbouring homes which adds to the charm. Unless you are a light sleeper.

Superb location within walking distance from the canal, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection of food. Rooms are bright, colourful and spacious. We enjoyed borrowing the free bikes during our stay.

One of the most amazing hotel experiences we had (and we had a lot!). The staff was beyond amazing, surprising me with a cake on my birthday, constantly asking if we’re ok, and cleaning our room perfectly every day. Great location 10 minute from the old city center but not crowded or loud. Lovely and spacious rooms.

We stayed in the downstairs villa which was right next to a pool which felt like our own private pool. Cindy at the hotel helped organise trips and was super friendly and accomodating. I definitely am going to come back! It was such a relaxing stay.
