Cost of food and drinks. No coffee machine in the rooms. The kitchenettes are not super well equipped. Only one treadmill working well. Others were sporadic.

Location is great for my purpose. Beds are awesome and comfortable. Like access to the spa and gym.

The shower and bathroom facilities were and issue - we has to ask a plumber to fix the bath and the shower head was low quality.

Lovely hotel located in one of good areas of Hanoi. Friendly and polite staff ready any time to help. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended hotel.

Less versatility of food options at Regency Lounge, especially on dinner occasions. Fixed shower head over-hung right under the ceiling of shower room made it very inconvenient for shower experiences. Acoustic insulation could have been improved at the side of room entrance, specifically, the guestroom door.

Having breakfast always at Regency Club Lounge with excellent reception and heartly services over the 11 days of stay, leisurely with long duration of operation hours. Highly recommended for Club Access option.

I found stains on face towels and the food I paid for at level 1 restaurant was not good.

The staff were helpful and friendly, but check in is confusing due to 'deposit'. Room is spacious.

I was in the room and around mid night 2 guest opened my room with another key card . Looks like the front desk did sold my room again while i was checked in . This is very disturbing when you are resting a a long day of travel and work. I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen again

Can’t sleep as the room 1821 was talking all night, I can listen then talking and talking. We were given connected room. So the sound is coming from the connected door. There were chienese couple - oh my god, I hardly get a good night sleep. Future kindly do not take the connected room as it’s not sound proof.

everything was decent but first time i had experienced loss of property in the room. left my bluetooth ear piece in the room. after investigation hotel deem that their staff did not take it, while i did not bring it out of the hotel room for the entire trip. in the end the item was not found and the hotel only offered to assist if i wanted to make police report which i didnt want as the item was not too expensive to warrant it.

Check in process keep deposit is OK but when refund money to check out difficult. Money did not refund to the bank account Breakfast is not good like expecting at Hyatt Regency

1/ Breastfast not good. Especially Beef Soup like eat noodle with water m no taste , nothing like Beef Soup compare to other Hotel 2/ check in andbout very confusion with deposit money.

They could have done a better job of knowing which amenities were available. I called the hotel before I arrived and asked them if the steam room was working. They said it was. But when I went to use the steam room, I was told it had been out of order for the last few days. Then I ordered some food but the found the security man yelling at the delivery man about not entering the hotel. Then the security man started yelling at me when I went to pay the delivery man. He then did this again when my taxi pulled up to take me away from this awful place.
