Breakfast didn’t have too many vegetarian options. It was a very nice stay with good value for money, but probably no 5 star expert

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice view over Vinh. The location is a longer walk to the center, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed this type of luxury after the homestays we stayed in the previous nights.

Staffs are not as professional as should be for a 5-star hotel. Swimming pool is opened only from 3pm in winter time (although the temperature is not that cold, only 20 celsius degrees), and you must notify the staffs 30mins prior to the time you wanna swim so that they can turn on the water heater, which is unprofessional because other 5-star hotel always heat their pool throughout the day. When I wanted to swim (around 3pm because the pool is closed in the morning), I did call the staff at 2:30pm. However, they didn’t turn on the heater, which leaves the water too cold to swim. Their buffet cannot be compared with other 5-stars (Vinpearl Hue for example) due to their lack of meal diversity.

I think the swimming pool on the 6th floor actually quite small. It was kind of a mix between Indoor and outdoor pool so I could feel the strong winds blowing. I also don't like the hospital which is located on the front right size of the hotel! There was no fence between two buildings so it was kind of weird to me!

It's a very new hotel. In the front, I was able to see many plants, even several papaya plants. The location was ok to me. It's a bit far to the center of the city. The view from the 19th floor to the East gave me a chance to see different part of the city. I could see the sea far away. Since it's a new hotel, everything was in very good condition. Andy the staff was friendly and willing to answer many questions!

Breakfast was not that good, mostly local food, and the worst thing about it is the coffee is they left it cool without any heating. Breakfast finish at 9am and there was already no heating to the coffee at 8 something.

Would give a 10 if the nice and new hotel matches with a good service. Most of the service staff are not that friendly from recep, to dining area and they are not ready to assist (carried our luggage on our way out of the hotel). Same goes when we checked in, no assitance was given - though we can carry our own luggage, but it would be nice if we will also be assisted given we came from a long travel. First time also that I experienced not having hot coffee during bfast (maybe we're few who likes to drink hot coffee in the morning), but if you are, then yeah, they do have coffee but it's just placed on the drinks table.

Not enough toilet paper (only half a roll was supplied when we checked in). Carpets full of dirt. Shower drains were flooding in both of our booked rooms.

Dirty bedsheets, dirty room, dirty pool. The staff were blunt, could have been far more healthy. Large breakfast selection but I can at best describe it as tasting like foot.

The location was central and the gym was useable.
