We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot really complaints but the hostel is not staffed 24/7 or at least not at the front desk, they kind of just leave the door open so people can come and go as they life. Given the area is safe and the hostel is off the main road I think this is okay - its just a little different from what i'm used to.
Absolutely loved this property for the following reasons: - Good Location - close enough to the centre of Hoi An but far away enough to escape the hustle and bustle - Nice friendly staff - Comfy beds - Spotlessly clean - Nice roof terrace

United Kingdomlocation: 7 minute walk from ancient town, so very close! cleanliness: rooms were super clean and spacious! sheets and pillows clean. people may be nervous about there being no curtain between beds but there is enough space between the beds for it to be comfortable. wifi: on and off, just like most places in south east Asia. a sim card is definitely required. shower: clean but didn’t always have hot water. breakfast: included and amazing, pancakes or eggs and toast with fruit and coffee/tea included!! staff: very helpful for excursions and when you arrive give you a map of the hoi-an and what to do. also helped me book transport to Laos :) air con: worked well! light: plenty of natural light in the room! organised activities: didn’t do any but they are available. price: very affordable and amazing value for money! social: not so social, was rather empty when I was there but wouldn’t stop me returning. refillable water: yes upstairs! towels: provided. overall absolutely recommend!!!! don’t let the curtain-less beds scare you!!

SwitzerlandStrong smell of mould in the private room next to reception. I asked for a change of room but there were no more available. This room should be treated asap as it’s not healthy to breathe in that smell. Also the bathroom was dirty and I found hairs in the bed.
The staff is very nice, great breakfast, we were offered a free special lunch for Christmas which we all thought it was super nice of them and it was also delicious! Thank you!

NetherlandsRoom looked a bit cheap. The bustrip we booked at the hostel to Nha Trang center (she even pointed the location on maps where we would be dropped off). However they dropped us of not even in the city of Nha Trang in the middle of the night.... so we still had to buy a taxi to Nha Trang.
Good hostel. Private room was not the same as on the pictures, it was comfortable and spacious but it looks cheap. Breakfast was very good, as much breakfast as you want.

Neo is just the best host out there. He takes care of everything and everyone, speaks good english, and might even go grab a beer with you. I had a good time there and if i come to Hoi An again, I‘d probably go there again. All the best!

The location is perfect, very close to Old Town and all the places you'd want to see. The beach is 4 km away, but you can rent a bike from the hostel and easily get there. Staff is very helpful and friendly, assisted me with all kinds of stuff, from booking a bus to answering questions about where to go. The hostel is clean, and even though I am more used to bunk beds and privacy curtains, it is very quiet here, because if you want to socialize you can go on the roof, where you usually have breakfast or downstairs.

Stayed in the private room on the ground floor by reception. Nice big room with en-suite and shower had good pressure and temperature. Receptionist is absolutely lovely. Gives you a map on arrival and information about the attractions, and recommendations of things to do. I found it a nice way to welcome new guests and was handy to have some information and recommendations. The breakfast was good, I only had the fruit but the pancakes (?) looked good also. Location is great and room was clean.
