The room was a little more tired than expected, but was clean and comfortable.

The team at Daisy were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, especially when we had a sick child one night. Kids loved the pool, the breakfast, and the koi pond - one of the staff even gave the kids some fish food to feed them. Nice area, felt like we were in a less touristy part of town with some really good cafes and restaurant options nearby.

The rooms could be a bit more sound proof. I could hear a baby cry in the corridors and room next door.

Such a relaxing hotel. The music and essences creat a very calm vibe. Breakfast noodles are the highlight, so good! Staff was always very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations ☺️

Not much!

We stayed in a room that faced out on to the pool and it was luxury! I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in a Vietnam and this one of the best. The room was excellent for a quick swim and for reading by the pool while it was also modern, clean and had plenty of storage as well. The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to be attentive and provided excellent tips on where to eat. While the room was excellent, the staff were even better.

Towels were dirty. Breakfast could have been better, would have liked more fruit. They use some kind of aroma machine in the room which produced very strong lemon smell which was quite intense. But I get it that they try to fight the smell of clorine.

Nice looking room, we slept very well. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice, we had the room with a poolside.

👍🏻 Room with direct access to the pool is really nice - decent sized and clean. 👍🏻 Friendly and very helpful staff - always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. 👍🏻 Location is good - walking distance to a local market and short drive to other tourist spots including the beach. Very easy to book Grab rides. 👍🏻 Nice breakfast spread - you can order eggs and there were diff local dishes to try each day.

Beddings are not changed unless you ask for it. Normally there should be a change of bedding at least every 2 days in all the places we have stayed in. I don't think service staff were trained properly and they do not appear to have a check list for each room.

Quiet location, within walking distance to beach and other eateries. Very helpful staff. Their eagerness to help more or less offset some negative points I had. Breakfast could be better. Room amenities are lacking but you can ask staff to remedy that.

There was a small incident at the start; however, the hotel staff were professional and handled the situation promptly and efficiently

The staff, in particular Lilly and Zoey, are so lovely. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable; the breakfast is good, and the location is quiet so great for me as a light sleeper. Plus you're only a short walk to the beach The hotel is also another corner from fabulous coffee shops and a beautiful yoga studio, called Annen with the most lovely instructor, named Nhu. I really enjoyed my stay here and would book here again.

We had no previous knowledge of Da Nang and it felt a bit out of season but we had opted to be nearer to the beach and at the time of our visit it was relatively quiet in the area.

Well designed room and general hotel layout, nice decor. Particularly nice at breakfast in the lobby restaurant next to the koi pond courtyard . Our room overlooked the pool which we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use. Staff were helpful in arranging a day excursion to Ba Na Hills resort but don't opt for the buffet lunch - there's lots of other options.

English of the staff could be better. The pool is nice but unless your room is attached to the pool, there is no place to chill after you get out of the water. The place is not done yet so still lots of construction.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not very well. We could even hear sneezed during early morning Other than that, rest are pretty much fine.
