Stunning looking hotel. We did only stay one night here. Even with an injured leg the reception attendant insisted on taking our bags in check-in to our rooms, which is a testament to the heightened level of customer service here. We witnessed another guest who wasn't feeling well and the morning staff were incredibly concerned and attentive to make sure she was feeling okay and willing to get her anything she needed. As we were checking out the staff were very helpful in recommending other places to visit. A great stay!

From the time of booking until we checked out the service was exceptional. All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Lilly who is an asset to the hotel, from assisting us when we arrived until we left the hotel, she was always there with a smile on her face. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and hotel is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

When we arrived in Da Nang, we had to change hotels at the last minute and ended up at Daisy late at night. The reception was wonderful right from the start, offering us professional service and refreshments. The hotel atmosphere is very welcoming and the service is truly friendly and personal. This hotel lives up to its description and is really good value for money. The only reason we didn't stay longer than two nights was because it was further away from the part of town we needed to stay.

Had an issue with a lemongrass scented oil in our room which was a bit too overwhelming. Staff did a great job to give our room a full once over to remove it and clear out the scent.

A very neat and tidy hotel during our short stay in Da Nang. Staff were extremely kind and really accommodating to the few extra request that we had.

Staff were very professional, friendly and were always available to help immediately. Thanks to Tiffany, Quyen, Zoe, Lily, the chefs, room attendants and others for their professionalism. Thank you for giving us a memorable experience and for the excellent customer service. The food, facilities and location were also great. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning! 😀 I'd rate the whole stay 11 out of 10 if I could!

The room was a little more tired than expected, but was clean and comfortable.

The team at Daisy were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, especially when we had a sick child one night. Kids loved the pool, the breakfast, and the koi pond - one of the staff even gave the kids some fish food to feed them. Nice area, felt like we were in a less touristy part of town with some really good cafes and restaurant options nearby.

The rooms could be a bit more sound proof. I could hear a baby cry in the corridors and room next door.

Such a relaxing hotel. The music and essences creat a very calm vibe. Breakfast noodles are the highlight, so good! Staff was always very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations ☺️

Not much!

We stayed in a room that faced out on to the pool and it was luxury! I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in a Vietnam and this one of the best. The room was excellent for a quick swim and for reading by the pool while it was also modern, clean and had plenty of storage as well. The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to be attentive and provided excellent tips on where to eat. While the room was excellent, the staff were even better.

Towels were dirty. Breakfast could have been better, would have liked more fruit. They use some kind of aroma machine in the room which produced very strong lemon smell which was quite intense. But I get it that they try to fight the smell of clorine.

Nice looking room, we slept very well. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice, we had the room with a poolside.

👍🏻 Room with direct access to the pool is really nice - decent sized and clean. 👍🏻 Friendly and very helpful staff - always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. 👍🏻 Location is good - walking distance to a local market and short drive to other tourist spots including the beach. Very easy to book Grab rides. 👍🏻 Nice breakfast spread - you can order eggs and there were diff local dishes to try each day.

Beddings are not changed unless you ask for it. Normally there should be a change of bedding at least every 2 days in all the places we have stayed in. I don't think service staff were trained properly and they do not appear to have a check list for each room.

Quiet location, within walking distance to beach and other eateries. Very helpful staff. Their eagerness to help more or less offset some negative points I had. Breakfast could be better. Room amenities are lacking but you can ask staff to remedy that.
