We spent a total of 3 weeks in Vietnam and at the end of our trip we arrived at the best accommodation with the friendliest staff. We were helped with every little thing and we felt very comfortable and looked after. I can only recommend that everyone start their trip in Vietnam here or stay at least one night when in Hanoi.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. So welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Booked our day trips through them as well, which was very straightforward. Good facilities at the hotel and the location was great. A big thank you to the team there for making us feel so valued.

There was nothing that could have been better for our stay. I have travelled extensively around the world and would class this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in. Rated as a 4 star, however the staff made it a 5 star experience.

The location was great. It was down a quiet side street but still only 5 minute walking distance to restaurants, Walking street (Night Market on week-ends), the lake, ATM facilities, numerous coffee shops of other shops. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water for showers. We had a balcony which was great. If there was anything you needed you just had to ask. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot, cold, asian and western selections available. And it was plentiful. Above all what really made our stay fantastic was the staff. Every single one of them were so graciously friendly and extremely helpful. They did not make you feel like guests but as valued friends. There was nothing they would not do for you from arranging your excursions to going out and buying medicines if needed without you running around wasting your own time doing that. Everything was charged to your final invoice, which was hassle free. We have to especially thank Mrs. Kim and Mr. Jerry for the outstanding help they gave us during our stay and their knowledge of what to do and where to go. The little gift Miss. Kim gave o bring back to our daughter who could not come was priceless and such a nice thought and gesture. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi. We will be looking forward to visiting again.

Very clean and cosy hotel. More than we expected, location was perfect also no disturbance or noise of the old quarter. Special thanks to Jeff who was very helpful even before we checkin to the hotel , he arranged our day tours and cruise during Hanoi stay. Very nice breakfast buffet and wonderful service!

All I can say is the customer service is wow. Jerry was extremely patient with me as I changed my dates multiple times. I told him the things i wanted to see and he made sure I was on the right track. Then when the roads were closed for the local market on the weekend, he personally took my luggage and me on a bike to drop off to the area I wanted to go near by.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great location in the old quartier. From the check in to the check out we got suggestions, help and kindness from the entire staff. They helped us with the taxi to go to the airport early in the morning. Thank you again for making our 3 last days in Vietnam so relaxing and comfortable.

Amazing place fo ra 3 nights stay to visit Ninh Bihn's surroundings. Personnel, comfort, location and food all great. Bonus for the lovely pool. Hosts were very helpful whenever we had questions. Would certainly recommend!

Breakfast was okay. I didn't get to explore the full menu but there did not seem to be anything that amazed me. Also chicken and pork should not be served next to each other or together since some people do not eat it for religious reasons,

From the moment I booked this reservation, I was pleased with the professionalism and friendly service. When I arrived they took care of me like I was family. They made sure I could find everything I needed and even escorted me to the pick up for some tours. The breakfast was okay. The location is perfect. I could not ask for a better stay in this area. Loved it!
