Having to leave 😂 Can't fault a single thing.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old quarter, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Wonderful rooms, linen, bathrooms. Spectacular breakfast buffet and great views from the rooftop breakfast restaurant. But the real highlight is the staff, so kind and accommodating. Special thanks to Sophie and Kim at reception, absolute gems.

Everything was perfect. Very nice hotel in the best location. We spent there four nights and we definitely going to stay there again if we visit again Hanoi. The staff was Very kind and helpful, the room was extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a big variety of Asian and western cuisine. I totally recommend this hotel!

Room with patio was a bit small. But I can't complain since we got upgraded from a room that had no window.

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and spas. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a large selection of Western and Asian options.

The location is prefect, 2 minutes walking from the lake. The staff is amazing- always smiling, always do their best to help. When we booked the hotel we sent them a message that we were on our honeymoon and got an upgraded room 🙂 The breakfast is amazing, and since we checked out before breakfast hours we got a bag with breakfaat as take away.

there is no pool which we obviously knew but to have one would make it better. Breakfast was average but okay.

We strongly recommend that place!!! During our trip in Vietnam we used a number of hotels, including other hotels in Hanoi. Everywhere the service was of a high standard, but it was the first place where we felt not like anonymous tourists, but like welcomed friends. Many thanks to the managers for their hospitality and exceptional friendliness..♥️♥️ The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's in the very city centre on a charming street surrounded by shops and cafes - the perfect place to enjoy the delights of the city. The hotel has an intimate restaurant with very good breakfasts. It also has its own small spa lounge. The price of our stay was attractive and the hotel had everything that the more expensive hotels next door had. If we ever come back here again, we will definitely choose this place.👍

We spent a total of 3 weeks in Vietnam and at the end of our trip we arrived at the best accommodation with the friendliest staff. We were helped with every little thing and we felt very comfortable and looked after. I can only recommend that everyone start their trip in Vietnam here or stay at least one night when in Hanoi.

Staff were excellent, helpful and very generous. Surprised me with a cake for my birthday. Comfortable bed and good selection for breakfast. Nice bar, great location and minute walk to the lake, trendy bars opposite the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. So welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Booked our day trips through them as well, which was very straightforward. Good facilities at the hotel and the location was great. A big thank you to the team there for making us feel so valued.

There was nothing that could have been better for our stay. I have travelled extensively around the world and would class this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in. Rated as a 4 star, however the staff made it a 5 star experience.

The location was great. It was down a quiet side street but still only 5 minute walking distance to restaurants, Walking street (Night Market on week-ends), the lake, ATM facilities, numerous coffee shops of other shops. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water for showers. We had a balcony which was great. If there was anything you needed you just had to ask. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot, cold, asian and western selections available. And it was plentiful. Above all what really made our stay fantastic was the staff. Every single one of them were so graciously friendly and extremely helpful. They did not make you feel like guests but as valued friends. There was nothing they would not do for you from arranging your excursions to going out and buying medicines if needed without you running around wasting your own time doing that. Everything was charged to your final invoice, which was hassle free. We have to especially thank Mrs. Kim and Mr. Jerry for the outstanding help they gave us during our stay and their knowledge of what to do and where to go. The little gift Miss. Kim gave o bring back to our daughter who could not come was priceless and such a nice thought and gesture. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi. We will be looking forward to visiting again.
