I stayed for around 10 days. The cleaning person would barge in the room without asking if she could clean. For 3-4 days, no one came to clean and no one came to inform me that the cleaner was on holiday. Also, cooking utensils were given after asking 3-4 times. I would definitely stay again but with low expectations.

The location is amazing. The beach is right across the road. The terrace access makes it even better.

There's a kitchenette but there is no tableware. You will need to rent it separately. Mine was free because I had a long stay but this is something to keep in mind. The road between the hotel and the sea is quite noisy so that amazing view comes at a price, unfortunately.

The room has a balcony with an amazing sea view. The sea itself is across the road in ~50 meters. It feels like you are at the beach without leaving the apartment. The room is quite spacious and has a working place. You can rent a bike for 150k per day right at the hotel. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and speaks English very well.

The furniture and facilities in the rooms are a bit old.

This hotel lobby is stylish. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast included is simple but good. Location is a bit far from the city center but close to the Monkey Mountain and in front of the the beach. Excellent money value.

breakfast is very limited (no buffet, no fruits available), one day there was even no coffee (from 4 beverages to choose...), laundry service is pretty expensive, one of the concierges was extremely pushy for a tip (didn't want to leave the room without it), although we didn't demand such service.

the view from the balcony was very pretty, bed was comfy, rooms are big. The location is a bit far from the center, but for us the view and calmer location was appreciated

Waiting time for breakfast was a bit to lengthy.

The room is very nice, thoroughly cleaned. the bathroom has a bathtub which is awesome. Location is very good, beachfront. The staffs were also very nice. Motorcycle rental wad available so that we could travel around freely.

Coffee available in the bar downstairs was quite ordinary. Usually had to wake the night staff to get into the hotel late at night. Location is away from the main centre.

My only improvement suggestion would be to include an electric kettle and some cups & spoon for tea/coffee making in the room.

Very little. At far end of beach, quieter, less restaurants etc but this could be also an advantage. Taxi from one end of beach to other couple £. The Asian fascination for putting a window between bedroom and bathroom (can never understand that one!):

Shower fast, powerful, and very hot if required. Fast filling bathtub. Directly across from beach. Breakfast basic but cooked to order and great hot tea..in pot.

Great location for those who want to get away from the city center. There is a seaview. the staff was very friendly. Breakfast included and you have a few options which is great. And you can have breakfast at a sitting area outside with a beach view. There’s complementary water in the room. There’s a bathtub. Very relaxing to be in the room. I’ve also met a few nice people who were staying there. So my stay there was great.

The one person who could speak good English and seemed the most knowledgeable wasn’t there when I checked out. I ended up getting incomplete information and waited 2 and a half hours at the bus station unnecessarily.

Complementary breakfast was limited to few local non vegetarian food. If you are a vegetarian or vegan then it could be a challenge. We would recommend adding few simple items like corn flakes or vegetarian sandwich to the breakfast menu. We used to have just coffee and then head to city Center for vegetarian breakfast daily.

Great rooms, especially those facing the sea. Staff were very polite and helpful. We would recommend a good translator App for clear communication with the staff.

I like how the staff went above and beyond to assist us in our requests; they are cheerful, accommodating, and very kind; the housekeeping staff is nice though sometimes grumpy but would keep your room clean and have fresh towels everyday; the room itself is spacious and the ocean view is great; hotel is in a quiet location and at night all you can hear are the waves which is soothing; hotel is close to "hidden beaches" which are about 10 minutes drive. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay great. 😁

Staff are all very helpful. They really try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you take a room with seaview and balcony, ask for one of the higher rooms (floor 4-6) otherwise street sound is quite loud all day. Recommended!

The street in front is a bit noisy at day. It the night its allright.

The staff is amazing, so helpful and friendly! They helped me with everything i needed. This hotel is located just next to nature and the city center and right in front of the beautiful My Khe Beach. Its the perfect choice, if you don’t wanna stay right in the center. For me it was the perfect stay.

Pictures say it all, advertised view and the actual view. The busy road in front of the hotel and noise made me leave earlier as expected, of course refund impossible. The hotel is a little more run down as expected. Electrical outlets are in bad condition and got shocked once. After arriving had to clean the room my self and did not let the cleaning lady in. Overall a huge disappointment.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, some of them spoke good English.
