The air-conditioning in our room was not working well. But bcos we were only there for a night we didn't ask for a change. But our friend's room was great. The area around the hotel is quiet but it is not far from the town.

The staff and the hotel is clean. Basic room for a night's stay is sufficient. Love the hot rainshower

Exellent!!! The staffs are very friendly and helpful! They helped us to book the tour and suggested us some famous places for tourists. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The wifi is strong is big plus point!

Location was 100m from the beachside. Perfect location away from the loud touristy area. Staff went well above service expectations. Room was amazing for the cost. Will definitely book this location again.

The beautiful Stone Hallway can increase the sound of people talking and walking in there which can make it a bit noisy when there’s Babies around.

Unbelievably kind staff. Late Check-In and early checkout were no problem. It was way cleaner than tons of other places I visited in Vietnam. Seeing as they were not fully booked, they offered us a bigger room for no additional charge. The Minibar is priced super fairly.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and the complimentary amenities were lovely to use. The beds were comfy and the staff were so helpful and friendly, although I didn’t have the included breakfast the eating area and the breakfast options looked amazing.

The staff was really professional ! I got a problem with my card for the room because I lost it. They did the best for me, opening the room… moreover I forgot my glasses in the hotel after they sent them to the hotel where I was in the north ! Only 1 receptionist had good English skills and we were able to sort any issues if we had. Other receptionists were very helpful, just due to lack of English skills, sometimes we got miscommunication issues.

Location Is currently not crowded as many hotels are not working and some buildings are empty. You can find few spots around where to eat. We got free upgrade to the highest level of rooms because, the hotel was empty during our first night.

Not a lot of vegan options in the breakfast.

The hotel is very beautiful, my room was very confortable. The shower is also very good. I would stay again in this hotel. The beach close to it is good, but you can't swim there.

Clean room and netflix for a rainy day prior to heading out in the boat. Staff very kind, ordered us a takeaway as arrived late. Excellent value for money.
