Great location and the room was very nice with lovely views of the lake. Tracy at the reception was amazing as she helped us with arranging transport to be picked up from the airport upon our arrival to Hanoi, getting to Ha Long Bay in a Limousine, and bookings to places we wanted to see. She also told us where to go for best authentic foods.

Location is right at the beating heart of Hanoi. I had room with window facing a wall but no big deal. The room was quiet and spacious which I did not expect considering its location. I would def stay here again.

Literally nothing

Room and hotel was perfectly clean The room had my favourite layout and design of any I’d stayed in Vietnam The price was great The lady at the reception was the nicest ever and made me feel super welcome. She couldn’t have been more helpful for my trip, giving me ideas, helping me extend my stay and offering to help with taxis and tours. There’s a lot of hotels in Hanoi and I’ve stayed at a few but if I come back, I’d stay here for sure!

The bathroom had a small leak but didn’t interrupt our stay.

Perfect location in the middle of the Hanoi chaos but no interruption from the noise. The road outside closes at night and becomes a night market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was a bit noisy at bedtime but bring some ear plugs and you'll be grand 😀.

Great location and the room was very nice with lovely views of the lake. The rooftop bar was an added bonus, a great place to enjoy a drink while watching the hustle and bustle of the square down below. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a big shout out to Tracey who liased with a tour guide for us to change the date of the tour, thanks again Tracey 😀 . If I came back to Hanoi, I would stay here again, no probs.

The best staff ever, thank you so much for all your help and being so lovely! :) And such a great outdoor terrace with view to the main place and lake, room was also fine and they had luggage storage as well! (Just the bathroom could have been a little more clean but probably we are "picky")

The first room we got was on the top floor and extremely loud from the traffic outside. But the staff was very helpful in changing our room to a lower floor which was very quiet. The shower was a bit small, especially since the door was opening on the inside of the shower.

Wonderful staff: Mi and Tracy were extremely nice and helpful. Very nice rooftop bar. Comfortable beds. Perfect location in the Old Quarter.

Small room, window had a view of a shaft between buildings. When I arrived at almost midnight, the neighborhood looked a little scary, but when I arose the next morning, I realized the location was great and that the neighborhood looked like typical Hanoi when all the shops were open.

Didnt know there was a breakfast. Room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was superb...right across the street from Lake Hoan Kiem.Lake Hoan Kiem is THE place to be during the day. Many coffee shops, beautiful lake with people enjoying the scenery, and Old quarter close by. Staff was fantastic...I would return just because of them.

Fabulous service, excellent location, comfy beds and great shower.... couldn't ask for more! My luggage didn't arrive with me in Hanoi so the staff allowed me to arrange for the airport to send it there, and I was able to get it on my return back to Hanoi a few days later. Would recommend staying!

I arrived just after midday but since the room was ready they allowed me to check-in early at no extra cost. I had a Deluxe Twin Room which was small and the bathroom was very compact but as a solo traveller it was fine for me. The room faced the back and was quieter than I expected for such a central location. The area around Hoan Kiem lake is pedestrianised at the weekend and it was nice to leave the hotel and stroll around the lake in the evening without having to deal with any insane traffic. I was able to walk to all the tourist sites in Hanoi. I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after check-out. The hotel arranged a car to take me to the airport for a reasonable cost. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are many options nearby.

The room was clean well located and Mi and Tracy were so respectful, professional and helpful, that a joyful stay is the result. The balcony rooms provide remarkable view and are the ones to rent. Tracy and Mi are polite, knowledgeable and very supportive. The gave us spot on guidance, Asking them any question, and then following their advice enhanced our trip greatly, from a tea set purchase to ground transport to the airport at a great price
