Don’t choose for the pool feature as it’s got weird opening hours (from 1pm), quite dark and is extremely warm - my son could last there more that 3 mins being so hot!

This hotelactually a very good hotel and the room price is very convincing, we quite considered before booking this hotel because there are different reviews about the room service, and now we can tell You guys, it's the right choice, in terms of hotel overview Hotel room prices are really good - Services at the hotel you can use such as four-season swimming pool and free sauna area (with massage service you will get a 30-40% discount which is great) The breakfast is very delicious, many choices, the hotel is very crowded, making it quite difficult for the service staff. The staff is quite good and always stands up to assist with information when you need it. Many tourists have tried to find ways to avoid paying fines such as making towels and towels dirty (note that you should not use towels to clean your shoes, you will be charged if you make a mistake). This) Overall this is a really nice and reasonably priced hotel

This lovely hotel is easy walking distance from restaurants, cafes and Sapa railway station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with the bonus of a great mountain view. The staff were really accommodating and very helpful with a late checkout and a quick and easy transfer back to Lao Cai to catch the sleeper train to Hanoi.

It was a bit noisy in the rooms near the lifts.

The hotel was in a good location and was very reasonably priced. The staff were always helpful and friendly. When we left important documents in the safe the staff arranged for them to be returned to us in our following hotel. We really enjoyed the steam room and the sauna too.

An overall great place to stay for relatively low price considering hotel services. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Free access to steam room. Free breakfast with variety of food options. Hotel assistants and arranges transportation options and tours. Great view from the restaurant balcony when the weather is nice.

I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Sapa and I will tell all my friends and family to stay here. The location was perfect right in the center of the old quarter Sapa .The staff and the owner there were amazing ,really wonderful people, they went out of their way to take care of you. The Buffet breakfast was exceptional!

Wonderful vacation, We arriving in Sapa on a dense foggy morning and at noon it was wonderful. We were fortunate that the scene appearing in front of us was clouds flying on the mountain slopes and open spaces, this hotel was Designed in a classic but modern style, the rooms are designed differently with eye-catching color tones, very convincing to tourists coming here, the hotel is always full and the buffet breakfast has many choices with restaurant views. Directly out to the Fansipan mountain range, the swimming pool is equipped with hot water and a jacuzzi for comfortable relaxation, and the sauna area is also free. One thing to note is that these services only serve until 8:30 p.m Overall with the 10-day trip to visit Vietnam, Sapa is a really impressive destination for us. We will definitely return to Sapa next year with friends.

As the balcony was over an alleyway there was some noise from people outside and the occasional dog barking. I could hear everything happening out in the corridor, I dont know if it was that I had especialy noisy guests staying next to me but at 6am I could hear them leaving the room, talking and their footsteps. Glad I had earplugs with me... they were needed! Breakfast wasnt great... a huge choice, but nothing much for me. The bacon was basically fat, the sausage and eggs were covered in oil/grease. Other cooked foods were curry and fish (catering for Indian clients, I assume). Limited range of patisserie items compared to other hotels (I stayed in) in vietnam, basically all bannana cake or bannana bread. Limited range of fruit too, dragon fruit or bannanas, no mango etc. Coffee and fruit juices were good.

Location was good, close enough to the centre of town, a 5-10min walk up hill. Staff were very attentive and helpful, when I was leaving early the receptionist asked if I'd had breakfast and I said no, she produced a small bag with a couple of bottles of water, a couple of oranges and some biscuits all of which were appreciated during my journey. Room was large and clean, deep bath tub and a separate shower. HUGE bed! like two small doubles put together. Pool was nice after a busy day of walking... although it was really hot, like getting into a bath (a bit too hot for me)

The doors to the room had some padding around the bottom of them which meant they didn’t close right, which set off an alarm noise to notify the door was open. We struggled with ours , and the rooms next door ended up waking us up in the night when the same happened to them.

We loved the swimming pool. It was so warm! Was also empty when we used it. We were upgraded to a higher room too which was nice of the staff.
