It was a 20 min walk to the old town, but that didn't hamper my stay at all. A taxi is super cheap and quick which I did do once and just because it was so hot.

The staff here were incredible. My room was lovely, bed super comfortable and the pillows soft. Breakfast was also great. Really close to train street and good food nearby.

The staff were so friendly, they even changed my room when I noted that it was loud in my original room due to noisy late night arriving guests.

Nothing, I had a wonderful stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are well decorated and clean, the staff go above and beyond to help and the food served in the restaurant is very tasty! They even give you a couple of vouchers when you check in for drinks and discount on spa treatments which is a nice touch. Location is walkable to so many good restaurants; I would definitely come back here.

Nothing, everything was great

The hotel is beautiful in every respect, the staff is phenomenal. They take very good care of you and very kind and go out of their way to make it a great stay. The rooms are elegant and spacious. The hotel is just a little bit outside of the old quarter but that’s ok you reach it in a few minutes walk and it’s still very central. Rooftop bar and spa are great. Thank you for everything, I highly recommend to stay here .

There was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, although that didn't really bother us.

We had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The room was spacious and had all the things we needed. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. We spent multiple evenings at the rooftop bar drinking cocktails. Although they are a bit pricey, they are well worth the cost. The bartenders there were also very friendly. We had a very nice chat with them at the bar. Their spa is also highly recommended. We got a full body massage by Thuy and Anh and they were both incredible! Lastly, all the staff in the hotel were great! They were always there when we needed anything and everyone was very kind and friendly. If I come back to Hanoi I will definitely stay here again!

Junior Suite was not a suite just a large double room.

Fantastic service - the staff really go out of their way to serve you. It was nice to have a bathtub and external window (Deluxe double only has interior window).

The staffs are very helpful and very welcoming! Had a long ride with my friend and arrived late at the hotel, the staffs helped us to cool up the room and took care of our luggages making sure we are comfortable with everything. Breakfast is lovely！

Well designed, well maintained, and well managed. Professional staff from the reception all the way to housekeeping. Situated at the border of old quartier which is exactly the kind of proximity you should go for. The place is very clean. Breakfast is amazing, and overal the care you get from the staff makes you feel warm and welcomed. I would like to thank Rose especifically from guest relations. Well done to all of you.

Modern City Hotel next to the train street with great staff. Thank you very much Rose and Elena for the great time with you :) The spa is fantastic and the rooftop bar is a nice place for a drink in the evening.

We stayed at the Junior suite with balcony. There was some mold smell in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave good recommendations. Breakfast was good. Also the location was great and very central.
