The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The service is excellent, no doubt about it. The location is perfect. It's close to the beach and lots of street food around it. Highly recommend the apartment if you're traveling to the Da Nang area.

The only thing I think that could be improved is maybe upgrading the very hard plastic uncomfortable desk chair. I work online, as do many other travelers, "digital nomads," etc. It's a game changer having a decently comfortable chair to sit in at the desk, in order to do some work on the laptop / computer. The little blue chair is very simple, and I can understand that, but it is very hard plastic, and can become quite uncomfortable even sitting for 15 minutes. So imagine having to work online for a few hours a day. It's just basically very uncomfortable. Not pleasant for the back and bum. So a nice simple padded or cushioned work chair would have been better. Oh, also the shower, there is no lip or edge / barrier to stop the water from inside the shower from flowing out and going out of the shower. Even if you point the shower head away from the shower door, the water will still eventually start running underneath the glass shower door and out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. But I am not really sure how to fix that issue. Otherwise, everything else was great =)

First off, the staff / employees who work there are super kind, nice, polite, and friendly. Customer service is on point. 100%! =) The location of Delicate Serviced Apartment and Hotel is great, it's right in the heart of things, convenience stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The room / unit was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you Delicate Serviced Apartment and Hotel! =)

The location was perfect. We were close to amazing local restaurants, walking streets, the beach. Staff was nice and helped us whenever we needed it. We had a laundry machine in our room which was crazy convenient!!

Everything is pretty good. The bed is the most comfortable one I've slept in in DaNang. Sometimes, I don't want to leave! Apt is furnished with many appliances: there is a smart TV with many apps, microwave, kettle, burner for cooking, washing machine, etc. Location is closer to the beach and many restaurants. Very very nice place to stay. I extended 3 times!

Fantastic location close to the beach and lots of cafés & restaurants nearby. The WiFi is really good, no issues with streaming or video calls. Air con is efficient and quiet. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

I stayed in 3 different rooms there. The sink in the bathroom was blocked in 2 of the rooms. The sofas are old and sometimes ripped. One room had stains on the blanket. Washing machine detergent is not supplied but can be bought next door at the convenience store for a few dollars. The view on the bottom floor rooms are terrible: you will see a brick wall etc. Nothing to look at. Better to close the curtains. Not "guest friendly". Guests in rooms are only allowed before 9pm. Only wives or gfs are allowed to stay at night.

The location is amazing but it's busy and noisy around the streets, but quiet at night to sleep. The convenience store is next door, and massage shops and restaurants are all next door or within 50 meters. Beach is 300 meters away. The aircon is nice and very cold. The bed is soft but comfortable. Washing machine and clothes hangers and clothes rack are available. Big fridge is available. Motorcycles can be parked inside at nighttime.

We really enjoyed our stay at delicate apartment. The bed was very comfy, kitchen had enough appliances to cook a simple meal, very spacious and the owner was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. The location was also great. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. Highly recommend this stay :)

Really comfortable stay in a nice apartment. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was as the pictures, a good size space for 2 people was huge just for solo. Nice to have washing machine in the room, AC worked well maybe a little too well could not slow down the speed, really good shower, complimentary water and in-house parking for motorbike. Definitely recommend staying here in a nice quiet area with many mini marts and the beach close by.

Our room had mold on both the outer and the inner wall. I looked through the window and it seems like the outer AC unit leaks. We checked out early because of that. We wanted a refund, but the staff refused. They suggested they clean the mold and its gonna be fine. But well, you can't just clean the wall and expect the mold to go away - which means they cover it up periodically. So for the sake of your health, stay away from this place.

The staff was friendly and responsible.
