A beautiful hotel. Tastefully decorated and the staff were very helpful. The room was just as described and the pictures were accurate. The Ladies at reception were exceptional. They really put the guests first. Would not hesitate to return and recommend.

For the future, it would be amazing for the reception to be able to provide more information to guests regarding further travel, e.g. bus stops and schedules (particularly considering that many people probably want to go do Ba Na Hills, Marbel Mountains, Hoi An, etc. and could need some further local knowledge on how to get there the best). Also the reception is mostly empty. The lady at the reception gave us her phone number so we could always ask questions, which is very nice 👍 however, it still feels differently approachable if someone is there who you can contact in person.

Really nice receptionist, who was eager to help and always with a smile :) The room is really comfortable and beautiful! Big plus is all the storage, a fan and an AC. The elevator to the different floors is also really much appreciated. Right besides the hotel, you have a wonderful garden café. All in all, would recommend 😊

Room is spacious and cute. The owner and staffs are super nice and helpful. They allowed us for earlier check-in at 12pm. Will definitely stay here again.

If anything, just that the walls are a little thin, so you can hear a bit of outside party noise. But I sleep with the fan and aircon so it did not bother me much at all.

Room decor was nice, I like the balcony, and the rooftop pool. Pleasant room. Bed was super comfortable!

Staff are wonderful, safe off road parking, wonderfully spacious apartment with balcony and gorgeous rooftop pool. Nice quiet location and 2 minutes from the beach!

Lovely place, staff were so friendly from start to finish. Anything extra needed for the room they brought up for us. The room itself was great nice use of space and design. A couple of minutes walk from the beach as well. Was just what myself and my family needed in Da Nang. Would definitely stay again

Nice and clean apartment, have washing machine and a big yard on the top for drying clothes. The receptionist is very cute, enthusiastic and helpful, very close to the Pham Van Dong beach, suitable for family holiday.
