Music from across the road was very loud and made it difficult to relax in room until it shut down around 11pm.

The prices of beverages in hotel are super high. The coffe with milk costs around 6 EUR and a glass of wine around 10 to12. Although it is a luxurious hotel this is overpriced even for some more fancy hotels and locations than this hotel.

We did not order breakfast as we were unsure of our travel schedule. In fact it was more convenient for us to buy from takeaway the excellent bakery next door. Dinner at the hotel was excellent.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooftop bar and the breskfast area were very trendy and warm. The staff and the service was superb. Week earlier I stayed in Fusion Saigon Center which is also a 5 star but this is by miles much better hotel.

The rooms can be noisy when there are events outside.

The restaurants and the rooftop bar are excellent. Good value for money. Located in a great central position.

We had a magnificent stay at the Mgallery. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. We loved the long brunch and highly recommend you do this if you are staying on a Sunday. We also loved the rooftop bar and the pool - there were fabulous views and we spent a lot of time up there!

When we checked in, we were told they were upgrading our room free of charge. Upon returning back to Melbourne and reviewing the receipt (which they handed to me in a sealed envelope, I guess so that I wouldn't check it) I see we were actually charged a further AUD$50 for the pleasure of having a room we didn't actually order. The room itself was amazing, and we did use the bathtub a couple of times which was great. Walking through the crowded rooftop bar to reach the pool was uncomfortable, and I wish you could specifically call the lift that takes you directly to the pool. Perhaps they could add an "R" button the each level so that it brings you the Rooftop Lift (middle lift) directly. We also waited over an hour for room service (a coconut and a flan dessert, both of which are not possible to make to order so should have been ready to send up). It was only when we called down to reception for the second time that we received our order.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. So much selection and we felt very satisfied after eating. We were even allowed to take some things away back to our room as our eyes were too big to finish our plate at the table. I tok my pastries back to the room and enjoyed them while soaking in a bubble bath. The bed was so comfortable, I actually slept in on all three mornings that we stayed there. We booked directly for the first 2 nights and the end of our trip, booked here. It was cheaper going directly funnily enough.

Everything! The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome straight away. The hotel itself is beautiful. What we most liked is all the attention to detail, including the turn down service and the pillow menu.
