I have nothing negative to say about this homestay. If anything, I am only embarrassed by how much I struggled getting my room key into the very-new lock. 😅

This place was my nicest experience overall while traveling in Vietnam. The proprietor was incredibly sweet and hospitable, the laundry service was fast, the amenities were comfortable and clean. And the location was right along the bus line which made travel to and out very convenient, not to mention a straight-shot down the road to more central market. The proprietor even worked with me very graciously, because my sleeper bus came in at 5AM and they were there awaiting my arrival to open up the doors for me. How sweet!

Breakfast not included and not served at the homestay. The bathrooms' floor took a long time to dry after showering. Many mosquitos in the hallway, so you had to let yourself in and out of your room very quickly to avoid them entering the room. Quiet neighborhood apart from a metallic clanking noise coming from the bridge nearby when motorbikes were driving on. At night there was less traffic so it was OK with earplugs, but the noise would start again in the morning. The noise was not as strong in the windowless room. Apart from that, we really liked our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We had a really nice stay at DH Homestay. The staff and owner were really nice and helped us organized our outings around Cao Bang. We rented the small room downstairs without window and the twin room upstairs on the riverside. The first room was nice and clean. The second room was perfect with a great view on the river. There was a little balcony with a small table and chairs were we could eat the breakfast we had bought. The homestay was 10 minutes walk from the market and tourists restaurants.

The best homestay that we stayed in Vietnam. The host helped us with anything. We also rented a bike here to do a Cao Bang loop. We arrived early in the morning. The host let us to sleep at another room for a while. Definitely recommend this homestay for all of you.

The staff are amazing - when we arrived we were told the place was full. However Huyen found us another hotel really quickly & took us there. She made sure everything was OK & checked again later that everything was fine. Although we didn't stay at DH homestay the staff & their help & friendliness was fantastic.

The room was spacious and had 2 large beds The owner did not speak English but was kind enough to help us through Google translate with laundry (which smelled great), motorbike rental (which was brand new) and booking the bus (she even walked us to the pick up point and waited with us)

Super cozy room with a view of the river outside. Extremely clean, nice bathroom and nice little balcony just outside the room. Very friendly staff, was also able to park my scooter inside for the night. Location was also great. Would stay again!

The owner was very sweet and helpful. She noticed we didn't have dinner and brought us fruits to eat. She was trying hard to make our stay pleasant and help us in any way she could. Nice and clean newly built and well maintained rooms. Helpful owners. Must recommend staying if you are in the area.

The woman who works here was very friendly. She had my laundry done in just a few hours. The room was very clean and quiet. Great aircon and hot water. Nice TV, but I never used it. For $11 a night, well worth it.

Everything from the pillow to bathroom was completely new. She also booked me a bus to Quảng Ninh and waited with me on the road, checking that I get on the right bus, and all free of charge.

The room didn't have any windows. I wish this was made clear in the booking (or maybe I overlooked this detail).

Staff is friendly, location is good. They have bike parking inside. Also, a big plus: they have a common water filter available, so you can fill your water bottle instead of wasting plastic bottles.
