the hotel was on the main road so even though i got a room on the 11th floor I could still hear some noise. A hair dryer and iron in the room would be nice.

The view was fantastic. On the other side of the beach. From my bed you could see the see. Staff were sweet and helpful.

The connecting door to the next room, made out sleep very unpleasant. 3 out of 4 nights we heard everything from the other rooms til late night and early morning.

Proximity to the beach was probably what I liked most. The size of the bed and the room overall was really good too, with a nice view. Considering value for money and other countries prices and star ratings I think what we paid for was well worth it eventhough I don’t think it actually a 5star hotel

Here there are many things to say I didn't like the fact that when you went to the table at any time you didn't find many things to eat They weren't there anymore They were empty and you They said they are sorry it's gone I didn't like the fact that after a week the bed linen was not changed i did not like the rooms because in my opinion they need a renovation and it is not a five star hotel by any means and there are a lot of things that i would not like to List here

The pool area was largely void or any trees or furniture and was not very inviting to either use the pool or the pool area. Breakfast was average. The gym is very busy (public gym). The lifts take a long time to arrive as a result of the gym. Staff are not very warm.

Hotel rooms were comfortable at a reasonable price. The location is central. There is a coffee shop at ground level which was good. The lower levels include a shopping centre and on the 4th level is a very busy gym. Hotel is focused on the Chinese and Korean tourist markets so not very attentive to other tourists.

First, I have to park my car in the basement of Nha Trang center. It's uncomfortable because I have big luggage. Second, the room's wifi is too bad. Can't use to watch youtube and the television is too old for relaxing.

Location is great, just 5mins walk to the Nha Trang Central Park. Friendly staff and good view from the bed.

We were very surprised by the attitude of the staff,. The personnel of the reseption were very unfriendly, that is not typical for Vietnam. Request to provide a lunch box was refused. Another room was provided. In room renovation works are requered. Will never return back in this hotel.

Everything was just a little under what it could be which was disappointing which is why I gave it a 6. It could easily be an 8 or 9. The rooms are a little run down. The breakfast was great except many dishes were emptied and not refilled, no glasses for drinks. The gym is excellent but you can’t get a towel (must bring your own). The pool area is nice but no chairs or tables (there are in the photos). Just a little more attention to detail and it would be a wonderful place to stay but in the end it is a satisfactory place to stay.

The cleaning job could be better. We noticed sticky kitchen counters, a dried-up rambutan left in the fridge with an unpleasant smell, and stains on the table in the living area. Communication could also be better about room service. There was no mention that there was no room service that night (in fact the room service menu was prominently displayed in the room) and we ended up having to order from GrabFood at the last minute. But the staff was very apologetic and had instant cup noodles delivered to our room.

The location is great, with beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. Breakfast had a good selection of offerings. The suite upgrade was a good value - big living area, bedroom, and a new looking bathroom. The check-in was pleasant with friendly staff.

The whole floor stunk of mould. My friend's room smelt so badly we had to get her another room on a different floor. I'm not even sure the building is safe as we could see black mould on the walls. Also, the pool area wasn't very clean and there was no bar facilities at the pool, not what you expect at a beach front hotel.

The location is great and the layout of the rooms are great also. The beds were really comfy.

More hot choice at breakfast and juice choice. The pool area had no cushions on the little available deck furniture and pool was freezing. No airport shuttle available and the airport is around an hour away. Had to hold shower head as fixings were inadequate and the bathroom flooded everytime we showered, especially if using the rainfall overhead shower.

Breakfast was adequate, but very often hot food was cold. Staff were helpful but there was a language barrier as english was not spoken by many. The view from room was excellent. The beach was very nice although across a very busy road. This was an experience in its self.
