mosquitoes inside guest room and near by the garden. however, pls take care of mosquitoes using the most natural way possible, including herbs and plant-based formula.

the property is cleaned and well-maintained. staffs are trained to take care of guests with some Thai manner, which reflects the Dusit brand well. good variety of breakfast and food options, with selected Thai dishes.

Breakfast buffet can be further improved. There are not much choices available. Food tasted so so, definitely has room for improvement.

They have a love Dusit sign that slightly covers the infinity view pool. The only thing that could be improved. We absolutely loved staying at the Dusit nonetheless.

The staff were incredibly attentive! All the facilities were kept pristine and they had a great selection of food and beverages for breakfast! One of the best beach resorts we’ve been at. Thank you My for being a great host.

Breakfast was ok, more traditional Vietnamese dishes would be good. We also had the seafood buffet, was nice but limited options considering the range of seafood you can get at the night market. Would like to see the resort be more active in removing the rubbish from the beach, just about every guest was taking rubbish from the beach, but only once did I see a staff member take rubbish away. A shuttle into town would also be ideal.

The resort is amazing, pool is huge, rooms were big and comfortable & the beach was nice. The best thing about the resort was the lovely staff who all seemed so welcoming, friendly and happy to help in any way. The location is a little isolated although there were some good coffee & food options nearby. Be mindful many of the local restaurants charge big tourist prices, but there are some lovely cheaper local places as well.

From the booking of the hotel up to the end of our stay, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The location is great, lots of good food spots nearby and the view if the beach is amazing. The breakfast here was so tasty and the variety is great! Guest officer My was very friendly and pleasant to us, and was very open to hearing about our experience and feedback.

However, amidst the tranquil setting, we couldn’t help but notice the presence of furry bugs or worms scattered along the sandy beach. While most appeared lifeless, the occasional sighting of live ones was somewhat unsettling. This natural intrusion detracted slightly from the otherwise serene ambiance and, for some, may cause discomfort or concern, especially considering the potential for itching upon contact with the skin. Despite this minor drawback, our overall experience at Dusit Princess was positive, with the exceptional service and amenities overshadowing any fleeting moments of unease.

During our two-day stay at Dusit Princess in Phu Quoc, we were pleased to find that the room provided a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. The immaculate surroundings contributed significantly to our relaxation, allowing us to unwind after days of exploration. Furthermore, the staff’s exemplary friendliness and eagerness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to address any concerns or requests left a lasting positive impression. Additionally, the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, offering a diverse selection of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Our son, in particular, found delight in the yogurt, fruits, and freshly baked bread, which further enhanced our dining experience.
