There were a number of things that weren’t actually working in my room eg: lamps next to both sides of bed, clothes line in bathroom, electricity sockets in room (only only 1 out of 6 working). However staff fixed the issues when alerted.

There’s isn’t a single vegetarian meal in any of the 4 or 5 restaurants they have on-site, and there really aren’t any options nearby either.

Everything is quite good for the price. Facilities are good, it’s clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was super crowded as there are more than 700 rooms at this resort. Restaurants are very overpriced so we walked across the highway to a street of seafood restaurants.

Location was quite remote, so the hotel food and facilities are the only options. Resort was massive, so you need to take the golf buggy if staying in the main high-res building. Bungalows are walkable.

Very clean beach + clear water (July 2023), large front pool area has palm trees and grassed area with easy access to beach. Nice place to relax. Staff are friendly, and well trained. Good selection of food in the Beach House restro. Good for a 3-4 day stay to wind down, then move on. Close to airport (10min drive).

Perfect resort to relax. We stay in the pool villa and it is very close to the beach. Room furnish very well and spacious. Even it has a casino, it is still very quiet and peaceful as the resort is extremely spacious. Staff was confident and speaks fluent English. Proximty to the airport is a plus. Would defintely come back again！

Nice beachside resort, very green and airy. Stylish entrance area. Great breakfast buffet. Enthusiastic and helpful staff. Nice views of the still developing resorts around.

It is very far from nearby shops and the town, which means you have to eat at their restaurant for lunch and dinner which can become very expensive. there is only one restaurant and one pool open at the moment due to covid, which we were unaware of until we got there.

The pool is great as well as being right on the beach, the rooms are spacious and with a huge bathroom

A lot of facilities and restaurants were closed when I went, which wasn't communicated ahead of time. Most staff don't speak English, which made it difficult to communicate as I unfortunately don't speak Vietnamese.

The beach is absolutely stunning at this property and the hotel is a very good quality.

The only issue with their western cuisine is not their strength as I order Spaghetti Vongole, the Spaghetti was overcooked and they add in unnecessary vegetables like red and yellow Capsicum instead of Fresh Basil and Tomatoes or Sundried Tomatoes. maybe they cooked based on Local tastes and likes. just my point of view as I always dine in Italian restaurants.

Beautiful location on the beach and a well maintained property near the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 2 pools were lovely. There was an outdoor playground and an indoor playground for the kids. There is a tennis court and a golf driving range. There is also a day spa with a sauna and steam room. There is a buggy that goes every 5 mins from the lobby to the restaurant, pool and beach otherwise it’s a lovely 5 minute walk.

Beautiful place to stay after the busy city. Great place to unwind and do nothing. Nothing around resort 2 restaurants at resort nothing else within walking distance. Good food and cocktails. Very quite resort still getting back on it's feet. Huge rooms and beautiful pools.

Let me start by telling you that this place is not a five-star resort but at most a 4 stars given the service and facilities the hotel offers ( here in Vietnam its the authority that gives the 5 stars, not a hotel association, no wonder why the pretend to be a 5 stars resort, what a joke!) The staff: The moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcome the staff was rude and the first thing they asked after my passport was my visa ? Sorry what ? Are you an immigration officer ?Do you have the authority to check my immigration status, i don't think so, I've been to several resorts.around and they never ask me that... The front office girl even show me a list of country that they check and other that they don't so this is pure discrimination.....!!!, The staff was not smiling, nor were they speaking English ( but they were speaking Chinese vert well, you understand which client they are targeting, clearly the Chinese, no wonder why i didn't see 1 single Western during my 2 days stays.) The room : It was okay, but you could see that this is not well maintained and it is getting older ( not really what you expect for a resort...) The Hotel: The hotel is badly maintained, the land is not well maintained the grass is gone, the river next to the Villa smells bad, when you go to the beach you're surprised to discover that they didn't display a deckchair bed even though the sea was not good for swimming it doesn't mean that I will not lay down and relax! There is a garbage dump on the beach !!!!! The restaurant beach house is terribly expensive and the quality of the western food is bad! Again, a Vietnamese cook doesn't have the knowledge on how to cook the western food... The only good thing at this hotel is the breakfast, which has a large number of dishes. This hotel is good enough for Vietnamese or Chinese.

It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful. If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place!

I spent a night at Duyen Ha Resort for my business trip. I received friendly support and attention from the reception staff. The resort was quite empty, maybe due to low demand season. However, I enjoyed my stay with clean and spacious room, nice sea view from my balcony. The resort is so green. The food is also delicous. I will recommend this resort to my friends and will come back. Thank you very much.

Food poisoning on the first day from the restaurant, a mouse/rat in the bedroom (due to large gaps beneath doors), staff spoke very limited english, dirty pool and rusty kids slide.

Beautiful ponds, plants and general nature around the resort. Nurse came to assess my partner promptly once I had informed them he had food poisoning from the restaurant.
