The Lake House is in a stunning location and the bungalows and villas are all beautifully appointed, clean and spacious. The staff are wonderful: kind, helpful to a fault and very knowledgeable about the local area.

Our only complaints about Eco Nest was that many days of our stay there was some sort of construction work going on in one of the connected buildings that was quite loud at times. The building itself didn't appear to be under construction, but perhaps some sort of business that constructs metal things is located in the building. We never found out what it was, so you may want to inquire about this. Also, a small negative was that there was no dish drainer, but I was able to purchase a small plastic one for $4. A couple extra dish towels would also be nice for those who are going to cook. 😊

So much to like about Eco Nest! The room and building were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Having 3 washing machines on the rooftop and ample space to hang clothes to dry was a true blessing. There is a dryer if needed. The kitchen was stocked with enough pans, dishes and utensils for 2 people. A rice cooker is also provided. The small, but very workable, kitchen area has an induction stove top. We stayed at Eco Nest for 6 weeks and I cooked several times a week. There is a nice size WinMart grocery store in the Sun Plaza just a short walk down the main road. There are 3 city bus stops within a short walking distance as well. There is a bus app--BusMap Hanoi; however, we found that Google Maps shows all the bus routes and worked much better for us. We have never lived in a big city with great bus service, so we really enjoyed using the bus to get most everywhere we wanted to go. At 7000 dong (about 28 cents USD) per person for most fares, and buses going all throughout the city, we rarely took a Grab. We booked Eco Nest because we wanted to be close to West Lake for walks. The lake is about 0.8 km away and it can be a little challenging to get there and back during high traffic times. Other pluses-workout equipment--treadmill, eliptical, and weights--and motorcycle rentals. Overall, we had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Eco Nest! 😊

Nothing - as good as it gets.

These are beautiful small apartments - well designed, equipped and furnished. I loved the care and attention to detail that has clearly been invested into them. The small kitchen has everything necessary to prepare simple meals including a microwave.The hosts are friendly, helpful and with very good English The location is off the main road and quiet, or as quiet as Hanoi gets. There are also a shared washing machines and a dryer. .

Nice cozy apartment. Stayed there for a week and would stay again! Host was always very responsive and helpful. Room has everything you need, even for longer stay. Bed was very comfortable. And there is also a 4K TV, to kill some time if raining :)

A nice, comfortable,fully equipped and self contained unit, not in the main tourist area, but close enough if you want to explore over that way. The hosts are very genuine and helpful, and the building as a whole has a homely feel. I would definitely stay again.

Very helpful, kind and friendly staff, a few times I left my laundry in the washing machine and would find it the day after nice and dry, hung on the clothesline. Sweet. They provide washing liquid, shampoo, soap, coffee, tea and complimentary water. The place is very convenient as it's in the heart of Hanoi and it's easy to access to it from the main road with a spacious alley.

Although there is all the convenience shop nearby (less than 5mn) you will need a scooter if you want to visit the city or just to navigate more easily in the neighbourhood. (lots of coffee and restaurant by the lake 15mn walk, but difficult due to traffic).

Stayed two weeks and I would recommend this place for long stays, room is nice with very comfy bed, good AC, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, good WiFi, etc… Mrs Nhung is very friendly and helpful.

it’s huge and can wash clothes by washing machine can dry too. free water! be ready to pay cash when the card reader machine is not working! I could use my card in all my hotels and even in convenient stores but in Eco nest!

The owner MS NHUNG IS TOO GOOD and cooperative, she went out of way to helpful. You can hire scooter from her also. The apartment is well equipped, it has all the amenities.

however we stayed with our dog and the street is really crazy and most of the time the traffic is tight so just keep it in mind. anyways ,we are definitely satisfied with Eco nest

well, our stay began very comfortable and in friendly manner. during all stay we have been served exceptionally good. if we needed anything Mrs. Nhung pleasantly helped us right away.the room was clean well equipped and looked exactly like it was shown on pictures

Nothing, everything is perfect!

The location is really great, the internet is really great. Clean apartment with everything you need for daily functions. The toilet was new and clean, which is a big plus for me. There's a big window with a lot of lights, so you won't feel stuffy. Great place next to a botanical garden. Close to many touristic places, it takes less than 10 mins to reach old town. You can even simply walk to the west lake. Nice pho place and cafes nearby. Good for both short/long-term stays! Nhung is the best host, she's willing to help you with any problems!

The traffic outside was absolutely a nightmare! The room was nice but even though I closed all the windows the exhaust and the bade air from all that crazy traffic outside just killed my experience. So noicy.
