If you looking for comfortable, quite, private and nice swimming pool in Hanoi, Elegant Suites Westlake would be perfect. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so neat. Big room and bathroom are so cozy and spacious. I really loved the big swimming pool. I would love to stay again when I come visit Hanoi again.

Very friendly helpful check in staff late at night, recommended a nearby bar for a late night drink which was great. Gave us an upgrade to a lake view room. Nice to experience west lake, though the streets around the property were very quiet.

A long ride from central Hanoi 15-20mins depending on traffic

Very quiet good sound proof doors to balconies . Spacious rooms , quiet a/c . Washer/dryer worked well . Bathrobes . Swimming pool. Large Kitchen with some equipment. Very helpful friendly young staff . Huge variety of choices for breakfast don’t be late stops at 10am

Breakfast buffet might been better, bar and restaurant closes at 10pm, after 10 pm hotel seems to be almost abandoned, location quite far from old city center.

Hotel is more of appartment type than a hotel. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a quite area that is the place to choose. Swimming pool is ok but nothing fancy.

Staff were so kind and accommodating. Genuinely one of the best hotels from a customer service perspective that I've stayed at. We were a group of 7 including two children and two seniors and I can confirm this hotel was perfect for all of us. Pool was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable, but it was really the staff that made the stay so wonderful. Could not recommend enough.

The large apartment room made it feel very at home and very comfortable, plus with a washing machine it had everything we needed! We also made use of the well equipped gym and beautiful pool area which was nice to relax by at the end of a busy holiday.

Location not fantastic, you have to take a Grab anywhere because the roads right outside aren't really well paved or well lit. not an easy walk especially with a stroller or kids.

We loved our 12 nights with Elegant Suites. Excellent facilities, everything spotless. Lovely breakfast display with chef on standby to cook eggs and pancakes. Great location away from the madness of the old quarter, $3.00 'grab' car away.

We were there for 7 days. The night before we arrived we both came down with bad cases of flu while on our trip. We arrived not well and they immediately put us into our room. We had a suite w 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. If 2 people have to recover from the flu in a hotel there can be nothing better than this one. How difficult our recovery could have been if this excellent hotel and had.not been scheduled for this part of our trip. Room service was great. They offered meals to help those unwell.
